Location

This luxurious hotel lies at the heart of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona (both around 13 km away) and directly next to a sandy beach. Copious shops, delightful restaurants, lively bars and an excellent connection to the public transport network are close at hand. Málaga airport is 60 km away, Puerto Banús is only 6 km and San Pedro around 3 km from the hotel. Two of the hotel's own golf courses are found 2 km away.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Great location on the beach. It is very nice and quiet, the personnel was excellent especially Mari Jose from the Parole bar which went above and beyond to help me as I have injured my knee and she kindly prepared an ice pack. Pablo from Guest experience has also helped me get to the hospital and was very supportive. I'd like to thank to the whole team at Sol Antalya as they have made our stay a very enjoyable one. Room was clean, bright and very spacious ( Xtra Sol suite). A fantastic experience overall.     The location is great with all the shops and the walks you can go on the vibes were great the staff.     Nice getaway but a few flaws

    Firstly from checking in - a long wait in a Que for then another couple to just walk in and be seen to at the other desk despite us all waiting in a line. We never got informed about hotel towels for the pool or the drinks tokens so when we went to the bar for the first time and was asked for the token we knew nothing about it. So we had to go and collect them. We got to our room which was spacious and clean however we travelled with a baby and required a cot which wasn’t in the room so had to ring reception and ask for it. Entertainment is on quite late compared to other hotels we’ve been to - 2nd night of the holiday we agreed for my 4 year old to go to the mini disco which started at 9:15pm we arrived and waited and it never even happened at all, therefore we went back to the room with a sad little boy. The other two nights we went the entire disco time they just played musical statues and he got out with in the first 10 minutes and was then made to sit down the entire time to me this isn’t how a mini disco should be done. Selection of ice creams were not included in all inclusive. No bar is open until 11am even for bottled water - we were going out for the day at 10am and was told I’d have to wait until 11am but needed water for my children/baby I did eventually plead for some which I feel I was entitled to. These are a few little issues we encountered through our week - on the plus side my little one loved the pool everyday and the running carpet. Food was ok. Was a nice break but definitely lacked a few things to what we’ve been used to at other all inclusive family hotels.     Absolutely loved our time away, we stayed for a week in May, the hotel was lovely, very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed all inclusive and the food was lovely and there was always plenty of choice and plenty of food. The pool was fantastic, I couldn’t fault the experience at all, the only problem that we had was that we weren’t there for long enough so we’ve already booked to go back for 2 weeks next year and I can’t wait!     Unfortunate experience

    This hotel is advertised as beachfront, it does have a bit of a beach but there are so many large stones and boulders it is not safe to get in water and near impossible for kids to get in. It advertises 6 restaurants but for dinner there was only 1 open and food was always dry overcooked and cold. It had an area where there was a chef cooking steak as you waited but the steak you couldn’t even cut through. The sets in the dining room were very dirty and some of fixed seating was torn. The hotel is very isolated and there is nothing around area outside of hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to bs stop to go to more populated areas.
