    Good Hotel and location, consider is it worth upgrade to suite or AI package

    Clean hotel & rooms, pool area also and hotel is in a good location. As someone who frequent all inclusive 4 star hotels several times a year, I can make an honest comparison. I upgraded to family suits £££ extra for 2 weeks (2 adults) (1) Drink not replaced in fridge in room during stay?. (2) Snack bar closed approximately 4.30pm next to pool therefore no snacks availability after this time. ( not all food available on AI either) (3) Not informed we could have had crisps or ice cream either in any corespondence or initial check in ? Felt your AI package lacked that of other competitors and upgrade room not worth the premium (as in other hotels entitles you to additional facilities and benefits.)     Just had a 9 day all inclusive holiday at the Don Pablo, couldn't fault it. Sea facing 7th floor room very clean and spacious with great sunrises. Staff all friendly and proffesional. Plenty of choice in restaurant and always well cooked.     Lovely hotel opposite the beach

    We were on the 9th floor with a partial sea view. The sunrise was breathtaking. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a kettle and small fridge. All the staff were incredibly friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. We only booked bread and breakfast as we like to eat out but the breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. Fantastic freshly cooked eggs. In April the hotel wasn’t overly busy but the restaurant had several cooking stations not being used so I can imagine in summer they are all going. We didn’t use the pool as like the beach but there seemed to be plenty of sun beds. We stayed for a long weekend just to get some rest and relaxation. I would definitely return.
