This complex is located in the emblematic centre of Torremolinos, in the Santa Clara area of the city with direct access to the popular beach of Bajondillo. Almeria Airport is about 7 km away and Málaga - Costa del Sol Airport is about 13 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 138 non-smoking rooms.     This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Before arriving, I specifically emailed to confirm the air conditioning was working and was clearly told that it was. That was simply not true. The room was unbearably hot—like stepping into an oven—and the air conditioning either didn’t work at all or was completely ineffective. Sleeping was impossible, and the heat made the entire stay miserable. Being misled like that is completely unacceptable.The room itself was filthy. Dust, grime, and a general feeling that it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. It felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below even the most basic standards.The gym was another joke. Most of the equipment was broken or out of order, so it was essentially unusable. Clearly no one is maintaining it.What made it even worse was the staff. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. When I raised the issues, I was met with indifference and zero effort to resolve anything. No apology, no accountability—nothing.This place is a complete waste of money. Between the unbearable heat, dirty rooms, broken facilities, and terrible service, I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away. I absolutely will not be returning.

    Hotel looks good from the outside, but unfortunately staying here leaves little to be desired.Rooms are dated and showing their age. Wardrobe space is for 4 items only. That's not even enough for one person let alone two. The shower was easy to get to a good temperature, but shower head too low for people 6ft or over.We booked quite a while ago and requested twin beds, and we got a double.But the most unpleasant experience is the temperature of the rooms. They are unbearably warm, and the air con being at the lowest temperature at full blast does nothing. To think the rooms are like this in April, you have to wonder what they'd be like in the Summer season.Spoke to reception about the bed situation and temperature of the rooms, and the staff member was very unhelpful and dismissive - saying the beds were just a request and that the air con does work in all rooms.Location wise, the hotel is great. It's just a big shame that staying here was not a great experience at all.

    No Air Conditioning as advertised

    Booked this hotel, only to find out that the so called "air conditioning" is actually turned off & the "cool" function doesn't work in April. The system is either heating or cooling and is currently set to heating. With temperatures during the day of 24°C this is absolutely ridiculous. The hotel rooms are advertised as having air conditioning. This is breaking UK Law of Consumer rights, contract law and also distance selling regulations as we have been effectively miss sold the hotel room accommodation.Be aware that most hotels and accommodation in & around Torremolinos & Benalmadena are like this (they don't have working air conditioning during 6 months of the year, as many of the hotels rely on older systems where you can't control the temperature in your own room as you would like it) Air Conditioning should be removed from Ritual Hotels website and web pages as it doesn't have it most of the time. I was lied to over email when I asked this question & was told the air conditioning is on and it isn't.

    Hotel scammed me, not recommended, you can do better

    I booked with a reputable booking site for a."double/twin" room, photo showed a direct sea view, at checkin I was told I only paid for a standard room, they expected me to go to work and complain to the booking site, when they should have verified the site's pictures are accurate. I don't have the contract with the site, they do. They would do nothing and made no effort to resolve. They were nasty about it too. They told me I should have booked directly with them at 50% higher rate. I was punished for complaining and was given a room looking into a wall. I'll never go back. The room is very plain, and almost no hot water pressure, but it was clean, and the breakfast was good. In high season it's twice the price or more, definitely not worth it to me. They accept zero responsibility for their contracted partners errors.

    We stayed here previously, always been ok. This time the shabbyness of the place shone through. What annoyed me the most was house keeping never restocked coffee tea milk just left 2 tea bags, I mentioned this on my last review but nothing has improved. Was expecting better after the take over, but no, same grimey bathroom, asked for double, got twin, same as last time, check in was 3 and not before. Won't be returning, we deserve better as gay men.
