    I booked the room for one night to celebrate my partner birthday. We paid 146 for one night breakfast including. We got room 108. Please remember this is a 4 star hotel allegedly.From the start everything went wrong. 1. I have specifically booked I double bed and they gave us twin beds , I did communicate to them thru email to please keep in mind I booked a double bed and please make sure I get it as is my partner birthday and I want everything to go smooth, they still didn’t care . We got twin beds.2. I have asked for a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, again I have explained is my partner birthday and as a 4 stars hotel they couldn’t provide that. 3. The receptionist I think her name is Linda Romero , lacks professionalism. 4. The rooms are awful as you can see in the pictures. Dirty, full of dust, lots of hairs from pervious customers I guess. Dirty walls, adhesive tape used to fix air conditioning etc. Check photos. Again it is allegedly a 4 stars hotel. 5. Breakfast dangerous, very cheap food , please avoid for your own safety. We got food poisoning. 6. You don’t have a phone in the room , at least we did not. So to communicate with the reception you have to use your own phone.7. The elevators literally scared me. I felt like in Final Destination, they look like you gonna fall. Overall a very bad experience. I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars but is awful. This is maximum a 2 stars hostel. Please avoid at all cost eating there. The only positive thing is the location. Is literally 4-5 minutes walking to the beach.

    Although some of the older reviews were not great the hotel turned out to be excellent value for money. The rooms were very good and kept clean to a high standard by the excellent staff. We booked a half board package and the food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was first class, with a Chef ready and willing to cook the fish and meat of the day for you as you watched and waited. The swimming pool and outside bar were clean and the staff very helpful and polite. The only slight frustration was that the WIFI was a bit inconsistent on a couple of days, however, the reception staff would reboot the system and service was resumed quickly.Overall a very good experience.

    Well after reading reviews and was apprehensive about coming to this hotel ( couldn't change) , well really not as bad as people made out , yes rooms are dated but I've stayed in the yaramar with same deco , we don't have a toaster but no problem asked at reception and one delivered , very quiet , location is fab BUT a very steep hill to walk up , so if self catering a struggle when carrying shopping . All staff very friendly and pleasant . Only thing had to pay for was the safe wich is 20€ and u get it back , air con amazing and free wifi . Have not eaten here as can't ever seem.to see restaurant open , but then haven't asked either . Not many people staying here , but pool area very clean , some nice double comfy sun beds to lie on. So far an ok stay for the price . Just do not book if disabled or not fit to walk the hill .

    For the money, this is a good hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice people and very helpful. The breakfast is really good, a big selection. The pool is a good size and is very clean. The room could do with updating as the kitchen units look a bit dated. I was very sceptical about booking this hotel as there were lots of negative reviews but glad I did as I ended up saving hundreds of pounds. The location is good, easy access to buses and the hotel staff can call taxis for you that turn up within a few minutes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and location.

    We arrived on right away let down byBooking.com taxi no show. Got a taxi off the rank to the hotel a lot cheaper than Booking.com . Got to the hotel it was closed and had been for a week. And Booking.com let us book when they knew was closed . The hotel receptionist and joker from booking.com he sat we have found another place turned out to be a right dump. Avoid BOOKING.COMAt cost
