Facility

Units include 512 non-smoking rooms and 19 suites located in a 3-storey main building and 9 auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers a range of outdoor sport, including beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, tennis and paddle tennis. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit (no extra charge). A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and darts. The wellness area's offerings provide pure relaxation and include a sauna and a hammam. For a fee, massage treatments is also available. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option.     We stayed in Room 11 during our visit. The bed was hard but relatively comfortable. The accessible shower had good water temperature and above average pressure. The shower seat was stable, and gave confidence. There were Dove products in the shower room. There were no plug points next to the bed for a CPAP so an extension lead was needed to operate it. There was however USB ports next to the bed. There was a kettle, tv, iron, and a hairdryer in the room. The interior walls were thin, so we could hear the foot traffic in the hallway, and a baby in the next room. The exterior walls on the other hand were good and we could not hear the motor traffic on the main street though we could see it from the window. The room was clean and in a good state of repair.     Stayed here with family. Staff were lovely and friendly. Free parking. Takeaways deliver to hotel. Only issues I had was the bed was very hard and pillows, was same as sleeping on the floor. Hash browns at breakfast were very greasy and soft. Other than that everything was great.     Stayed here while visiting Southhampton hospital. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem. Good staff morale. Comfortable beds & clean. Rooms a bit in the chilly side but easy to work plug in heaters. Ideally located close 5 min taxi ride to hospital. Free buffet breakfast.     We have stayed here a number of times during the last year, however on this occasion we were treated like an inconvenience at check in, rather than a valued customer. Scott was abrupt and too busy doing other jobs to deal properly with the task in hand. On the plus side however the room was OK and the location of the hotel situated on a business park is satisfactory for a short stay and is reasonably close to the Southampton cruise terminal. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of hot and cold items. Unfortunately based on the initial reception we will not be returning.     I stayed here after my wife was taken by emergency ambulance to Southampton Hospital for an operation after our cruise. I didn’t know how long I wanted the room but the management team was very flexible and this was much appreciated with all the other stress I had. Went for breakfast, very clean and tidy, good selection of hot and continental food. I’d certainly recommend the hotel.
