    Vegan Friendly & Amazing Restaurant Staff

    Currently staying at the Arena Beach Hotel and I’ve honestly been so impressed with how accommodating the restaurant team have been for me as a vegan.I completely understand that we are a small minority and that the hotel mainly caters for meat eaters, so I never expected a huge range of options. However, after discussing my dietary needs, the restaurant manager Omar, and his team including Maurizio, Diego and Aurora — have all been absolutely fantastic. I’ve noticed a few negative comments on trip advisor regarding veg/vegan food choices, but I do think it’s important to remember that vegan guests are a small minority. Naturally, most of the buffet and menu options will be geared towards meat eaters. I’d definitely recommend making the hotel aware of any dietary requirements in advance, as they really do try their best to help and accommodate where they can.They’ve genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I’ve always had something suitable to eat, including Beyond products and even a selection of cakes and desserts. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and effort have really stood out.The whole team have been so friendly, attentive and willing to help, and it’s made such a difference to my stay. Really grateful for how well they’ve looked after me and I’ll definitely be returning.     Amazing Hotel ☀️

    I love this hotel and this was our second stay.We arrived and it was just the same as last time.Perfect 😍 Staff cannot do enough for you, the rooms are plenty big enough and maid service arrive daily with fresh towels and a made bed.Entertainment staff try their best at getting us off the sun loungers and in the pool for water polo which is hilarious, that’s how you make lots of friends by joining in the fun!Food is fine and well presented, there really is something for everyone.The beach and strip is a 15 minute walk but plenty to do on the way. The Campanario is 5 minutes away with lovely shops and over the road is the Sports Bar to watch the football etcAlso only 10 minutes away from the lovely Sunset Lounge.Hotel is all enclusive but it’s cheap enough to go out and treat yourself!!Believe me other hotels are more expensive.     What an amazing hotel we all had the best time. Staff so polite especially the reps and aurora who went above and beyond to make us welcome. We will definitely be returning next year. The hotel is clean and feels safe.     Arrived 1.30pm, and delighted to find our appartment was ready. Which meant we were at the pool within an hour of arrival. Hotel is 5 minutes from beach, and outside gate go left to main town 15minsnice stroll. Reception team were friendly and welcoming. Appartment was spotless clean, airy and overlooked the main pool. There were no sunbed wars at any stage, plenty of beds. Entertainment team full of fun with games and keeping everyone entertained. All inclusive bar is at the main pool, spirits were very good quality. Plenty choice in minerals and sugar free options too. Food in cafeteria there was plenty of choice, fresh fruits,breads,salads and themed evening meals although we did venture to main strip a few evenings. Service team were so friendly, and efficient. Aircon was a god send as it became quiet hot mid afternoon onward. You can pay 2eu daily for safe key with 40eu deposit returnedon check out. Area is quieter than Tenerife but lovely relaxed vibe. We enjoyed our stay.     Stay clear there are better hotels

    Quite away from the square good 10-15 minute walk .Staff quite rude and ignorant my sisters kids wanted food just before cut off time met with an obnoxious women who refused them there tea we were all inclusive so had paid for it just because it was about 10 minutes before cut off time my sister complained at the reception and kids got pizza sent to them eventually Fights breaking out in the pool side bar in the daytime with kids all around security did absolutely nothing .Rooms ok Food un-editable same garbage day in day out , adults ate out every day .I would say this has once been a decent place but the food and the pool bar fights and arrogant staff have put pay to that.I will not be returning .
