    Booked parking is not guaranteed

    The hotel location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. The bed is incredibly comfortable and despite being on a busy street we heard no noise with the windows closed.However, the downsides, the room was very tired and in desperate need of a refresh.The real issue was parking, we chose this hotel because it had parking, we pre-booked our space but were told on arrival parking was full and we would have to sort our own parking, my husband did find somewhere eventually, more expensive than the spot we booked. While my husband was walking from quite far away the receptionist said a space had become available. It was too late at that stage. This is not acceptable and no excuses that were made by the hotel were acceptable. If you promise a parking space you need to deliver it.

    Location, location, location! Wow! Best spot to visit Girona, so close to the old town. Good local parking at a cheaper price and the staff were so friendly and kind. The room was nice, facilities ok. Good value for a central location.

    Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all."

    Great location, but hard to find by car

    Extremely difficult to find, but very centrally located to shops and restaurants as well as Eiffel Bridge. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking is availablebut need to stop into hotel first to find where it is located and get a pass.

    Just returned from a ten days cycling holiday at this hotel. Just cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and the staff. The hotel is geared up for cyclists with safe storage in the basement. It is centrally situated in Girona, the staff were very helpful, the accommodation absolutely fine and the food ,when I ate at the hotel, extremely good value. Would certainly stay here again if I returned to Girona.
