  Myself and my partner weren't expecting much and were a bit dubious about our upcoming 3 night stay. Going by previous traveller reviews. As soon as we arrived at 10am ( bearing in mind check-in was from 2pm) We were told our room was ready plus we booked a late checkout untill 6pm on our day of departure which was only another €15.Excellent value for money. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. Including the toilet facilities. Our double room was just the same . Plenty of space . Fabulous bathroom with a big shower. Once again spotless and smelling lovely. Brand new towels and shower mat . Plus plenty of handsoap and shower gel.Our room was cleaned everyday and bedding and towels changed too. Buffet breakfast was spot on with plenty of choice and beautiful and fresh tasting. Nice bar . Plenty of seating facilities inside and out plus the grounds were well maintained and spotless too.Staff pleasant and helpful. Plenty of information available in reception area for getting around Girona in general. All in all a very pleasant stay . Considering it is classed as a 2 star I'd say more a 3 . I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break or a one night stay. And only a 20 walk into old town Girona a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit.

  Nice small hotel, walking distance to old town. Good service at front desk. Breakfast was good quality/price ratio.

  A budget hotel that isn't a budget hotel at all. By the time you've paid for your two overpriced, totally inedible cardboard-like pizzas, for your two pets and the unsafe garage (that can be accessed by anyone) you're up to €130. Great, friendly staff doing their best in this under average product.

  Put up in this hotel due to flight cancellation by Ryanair. In the middle of an industrial estate . Room needed a refurb. Bed not comfy at all. Overlooking brick wall/windows far from pleasant . Communal areas bright and clean . Basically I would say a workman’s motel .

  Silencioso, pero la cama y la ducha son mejorables

  The decor of this budget hotel is fairly basic, as you might expect. The bed was, oddly, a double bed with a children's bunk on top of it, reached by a ladder. It was fairly quiet, with some stomping from above before midnight, but then nothing. There was a fairly good window blocking noise from outside (it was a ground floor room). The A/C was also nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, once you got past the ladder, but it's easy to hit your head on it and it obstructs the view of the (small) TV, which is not pointed properly towards the bed.The shower cubicle is wide, but pointlessly so, because the shower isn't powerful enough to reach very far. You can also easily turn off the water with your bottom, which I hate. There were some spots of mould on the ceiling, and the fan doesn't work - two possibly not unrelated facts.The breakfast was good, with lots of options.Soundproofing: 4/5Breakfast: 4/5Bed: 2.5/5Bath/shower: 2.5/5Friendliness: 3/5La decoración de este hotel barato es bastante básica, como cabe esperar. Extrañamente, la cama doble tenía una litera encima para niños, que se alcanza a través de una escalera. La habitación era bastante silenciosa, con algunos pisotones audibles desde arriba antes de medianoche, pero luego nada. Tenía una ventana bastante buena que aislaba del ruido de fuera (estaba en la planta baja). El aire acondicionado también era bastante silencioso. La cama era cómoda, a pesar de la escalera, pero es fácil darse con la cabeza contra ella, y obstruye la visión de la téle (pequeña), que no está bien orientada hacia la cama. La ducha es amplia, pero inútilmente, porque la baja potencia y ángulo de la ducha te obliga a estar pegado a un lado, donde es fácil apagar el agua con el culo (algo que odio). Hay moho en el techo y el ventilador no funciona, dos hechos que sospecho que están relacionados. El desayuno era bueno, con bastantes opciones.
