Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this apartment complex lies in Puerto de Mogan, approximately 600 m from the beach. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes' walk (400 m) away. It is about 68 km to Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA) Airport.

Facility

The reception desk is open round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a conference room, a banquet hall and a coin-operated laundry. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Just perfect.

    This was our second time staying at cordial mogan Valle and we loved it just as much as the first time ,we have already booked for next May as really don’t think we will find anything as good as this place ,it’s just perfect ,the only downside is trying to find your way around but it gave us a good laugh as kept getting lost ,thank you to all the staff that kept helping us ,look forward to seeing you all next year

    Had a lovely time at the Cordialle, this was our third stay, lovely, friendly staff who were all very helpful and polite, especially Marcos who helped us Change rooms due to my dodgy hip to a ground floor apartment which was adapted, right next to the pool .The second day after arriving the Mrs broke her foot so we had to go to the hospital on the other side to f the island, Marcos helped with everything we needed.We are going back there again at the end of the year.Thanks so muchRegards Gary and Donna Team Cordial, Owner at Apartamentos Cordial Mogan Valle, responded to this review Dear Gary & Donna,Thank you very much for your kind and heartfelt review!     Quiet location in May (before uk half term) Hotel its self has good staff, spacious apartments we had 3 apartments in total. 2 of them the sekf closing door mechanism broke on but not a massive issues. Clean rooms lovely west facing big balconies for afternoon sun. We would come back here.The area its self can be quiet. Its very safe nobody trying to sell you drugs and dodgy stuff. Market day is good for bargains.10 minute walk from the beach and the harbour. Loads of nice eating places nearby.Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment but looked like buffet. There's a snack bar by pool and a infinity quiet pool which is nice.Also snack bar upstairs.We did the spa which is nice although in need of refurbishment bits of crumbling wall in the floating pool and railings are loose.Over all good and would return please just fix the spa and maybe make check in a bit quicker thank you

    Fantastic 2 weeks here friendly staff clean rooms and spacious, if a little dated but its not a problem. Only had breakfast on the first morning made our own after so can't comment on the food. Plenty of sunbeds but you do have to pay for towels including a deposit so we brought our own.Short 10 minutes to the harbour and fabulous restaurants. Niggles Night time entertainment was poor and the bar closed about 10pm on some nights. When we arrived at 11.45pm instructions to our room 737 was 3 changes in lifts so confusing got lost so many times finally found our room keys wouldn't work so husband back down got lost on way back finally in at 12.30 am .But after all that will definitely come back.     Amazing holiday

    Stayed here for 2 weeks 4th to 18th May. Trying to find our room was a bit of a maze but we found it 834E and it was amazing, the balcony was fantastic. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful especially Lar’s nothing was too much trouble. Great location.Supermarket across from the hotel.Bars and restaurants across from the hotel.And lots of lovely restaurants down in the harbour.Definitely value for money.We will definitely be returning.
