    Good but a bit let down on this occasion!

    This is the 6th time we have stayed here as a group of 10 (5 couples) and we love it usually, the staff are fantastic and have become friends but we felt that the only thing that has let this hotel down is that the pool bar shuts at 7pm. We often would have a few quieter nights in with a few drinks and card games at the pool bar but sadly this time it wasnt an option which we felt did spoil it somewhat. Even on nights when we would venture down the road we used to meet at the pool bar and have drinks there first from 7-10pm, using this as a meeting point wasn't an option this time either. Im gutted as we normally come at least twice a year, sometimes more.. but if this is going to be a permanent thing we will most likely look for somewhere else to stay. Also, it does state on the website that the pool is heated both in this hotel and the cassablanca next door but the pool was most definately not heated here but when we tried the casablanca it was.. if its on the website then it should be as stated.

    Stayed at these apartments 11/04/26 to 18/04/26 and found apartments, reception, pool bar and pool and staff really really good, balcony at apartment really big but no sun in the mornings and Wi-Fi needs upgrading as always dropping out

    Good price-quality ratio. Good location considering the surroundings. Great view from the balcony.Negative: During the January the pool was not heated although I have read on some review that they do.

    Very Clean and great location.Pool Bar food was good but a bit of a fight for sunbeds at 10am every morning.Reception Staff were not interested and not very helpful.As I said couldn’t knock the location but ask for a high floor room

    Most importantly to me was that it was so clean . All the staff were lovely , friendly , helpful and polite at all times .Negative is you could SLIGHTLY hear the entertainment and must when the Windows n curtains were closed .
