  Only good if you have to stay close to the bus terminal

  The bus terminal is not in a very good neighborhood and thiis hotel as well. Very noisy room but we had to get up early anyway, Booked through booking.com which is unnecessary because you pay more than rack rates and the reception tries to gouge you by asking for a higher price than your booking.com voucher. Beds have a thick vinyl sheet on the mattress that is covered with a very thin contour sheet making it very uncomfortable.

  I was really happy with the service by the receptionist, he always did everything he could to make me comfortable. And he was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cheap , but come armed with a few spanish words as they dont speak much english :) all in all, a nice hotel!   The hotel was very clean, rooms and sheets are cleaned everyday. The staff are more then helpful to getting you to where you want to go. If your looking to go clubbing or to the bar area this place is terrible.   Ok hotel. so so location.

  First of all I would like to say that the hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Also the free Wi-Fi was top notch with excellent reception. For those who like to take the local transportation there was a bus right in front of the hotel. If not taxis are very cheap by north American standards. The negative things for us were1) it was very far from everything, 1 hour from Old Town, 2 hours from Mitad Del Mundo, 1 1/2 hours from the airport. 2) nobody at the hotel spoke any English, only Spanish 3) Very busy road in front of the hotel so very noisy all day and all night long.

  Stayed here as my first experience in South America, man its terrible, promised breakfast -NO breakfast, paid for English speaking tour guide-NONE, rip off, FORGET the tours they advertise-FAKE,Trust me, find a place in Masriscal for the price they charge for $30 or more per room you can find even a 3 star hotel somewhere else. Had to move to new place I COULD NOT STAND THEM/PLACE, bathroom toilet roll broken down,the hotel administrator always late or not around , basically run by driver and some few assitants.cleaner , Man this place sucks, not forgetting the NOISY environment, you are not going to rest at night trust me, its in middle of huge trafficbesides the neighborhood is not that safe.BE WARNED, FIND A BETTER PLACE
