  Would have put excellent had it not been for the front desk staff not being welcoming or particularly friendly. We were given no orientation of where to go to breakfast etc.. However the lady in the breakfast room despite mainly speaking Spanish was very helpful and friendly. Our room which looked on to the street had a view of Alhambra if you peered out and down the road. A plus was being able to open the windows and shutters and get fresh air and sunshine into the room. The hotel had a lovely Moroccan riad type feel and rugs on the tiled floor helped to cushion the noise.

  Perfect heritage atmosphere in Granada

  Perfect location, with the Alhambra looming on the opposite slope and only 15 minutes away! We loved this gorgeously restored courtyard hotel. Very quiet, comfortable room and bed. Great linen. Excellent shower. Very good breakfast. And very friendly, helpful staff. I would come back in a flash.

  Super Quaint and Quiet Hotel in Grenada

  Loved it!Only 15-20 rooms but all centered around a beautiful courtyard on a quiet street but right by the River. Parking is right out the door and very reasonable.Very clean and charming. Would happily return.Note - breakfast is additional which was the only hotel that we stayed in where it was not included.

  A nice boutique hotel with their own limited parking spaces. Charming rooms but you can hear neighbors. Friendly and helpful staff, reception 24h. 15 min walk uphill to Alhambra entrance, close to restaurants, 15-20 to centre, flat walk, uphill walking through old town.Did not try breakfast.

  Beautiful, quaint hotel very convenient to see the Alhambra. There is parking available out front if needed and you are a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra entrance and less than that to the shops and restaurants of the town. The rooms are pretty and have a fridge and coffee maker. There is 24 hour reception and the Hotel is very secure. A few things, however, were not as advertised - for example, the web site mentions the rooms are air conditioned - which they are, but it is more of an air cooling system and the unit in our room (room 14) never managed to cool down the room - making sleeping very very uncomfortable. As well, the website advertises a breakfast buffet - the assumption was it ws included in our rate - we were not made aware that there was a cost at any point of our stay until check out and were quite surprised. The gentleman at the desk said "it was in our contract" The email they send upon check in (we arrived a midnight) confirming details is 1. in Spanish and 2. does not mention an additional charge for breakfast. I did not argue further because we had already eaten there and our transfer was waiting for us. If you choose to eat there, note that the buffet is exceptionally basic - the food is fine, and it is suitable if you need an early breakfast before a morning visit to the Alhambra, but if you are not in a time-sensitive situation, I would recommend eating at a restaurant in town instead.
