    Visiting the Alhambra you should stay here.

    The hotelbis situated just opposite of the Alhambra entrance which makes it very worthwhile to stay here. We booked a room with a view on the backside of the hotel. We looked at an olive garden. The room was very clean as is the entire hotel. The beds are OK. The bathroom comes with a very small bah tub in which you can take a good shower. Breakfast is good as well is the restaurant where you take your breakfast. The only minor point is that the entire hotel has a weak yet good to smell sewage smell. The staff is friendly and strict. We forgot our passports and could not check in. Happily enough we had them digital. From the hotel leaves a bus every 10 minutes to down town Granada. Just leave your car at the hotel (parking on the Alhambra parking place). A parking place you can book at the hotel. All in all we had a very good stay.

    My stay at Crisol Guadalupe was fantastic. Beyond the comfort, the most notable highlight is its privileged location; it is very close to Granada’s most popular and busiest landmarks, making it easy to enjoy the city on foot.The cleanliness is impeccable, with both the rooms and common areas kept in perfect condition. I truly appreciated the complimentary touches, such as having water always available in the lobby and coffee in the room, which makes a huge difference when starting your day.The front desk staff was extremely attentive as well. I encountered a minor issue in my room, and they resolved it with impressive speed and kindness. The only thing that would have made the stay truly perfect would be the inclusion of breakfast in the rate, but everything else was excellent. Top-tier customer service. Highly recommended!

    Great staff and very close to the Alhambra

    We were very happy with our three night stay here. The first room we were allocated wasn't suitable - it was a bit damp - but the receptionist quickly sorted us out an alternative and we enjoyed staying in the beautiful room overlooking the Alhambra very much. Lovely bathroom and very pleasant room with traditional decor. The breakfast room was attractive and the selection of food was good. The hotel is quite 'out of town' with nowhere to eat in the evening - although the snack bar down the hill about 100m away was good - but buses run regularly to the Alhambra stop close to the hotel from the city centre and back again til around 11pm. You can get a 10 trip travel card and that works out at less than 50p a ride.The best thing about the hotel was the staff - very friendly, very helpful. And of course, it's very close to the beautiful Alhambra!

    Very nice hotel close to the Alhambra. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was fine a little small and had a nice shower. There was parking across the street a short walk. The walk to the center of town was too much for us so we taxied, it was quite hilly!We had a very nice experience here.

    Very nice, stylish hotel by the entrance of the Alhambra. Some rooms have a great view of the Alhambra and the olive tree garden. Very nice and helpful young people at the reception!!!. Great breakfast in a very nice breakfast room. Bus stop to the Granada Center in 100 meters.Highly recommended!!!
