    BED BUGS and sewage smells.

    Friendly front of house staff, side street location. Relatively pleasant room booked. Inexpensive. Day 2 things started going badly when a bed bug crawled from beneath fresh bedding. Being from a part of the world where this is unheard of it was quite a shock and distressed family member who became anxious and suffered poor sleep. Reception staff relocated us, however it was in a box room with a tiny window into a shaft courtyard. The bathroom had a pervasive smell of sewage. We had to destroy items that might have eggs on to avoid bringing them back home and had a terrible nights sleep in the new room. While the reception staff were accommodating, we received a curt response from management absolving them of any responsibility. You decide if this is a place you want to stay. You may have better luck.

    Hotel Yit Casablanca is very central and in the heart of Granada, walking distance to great shops and restaurants. My room was clean with great heating. Sadly that’s where the good things end. The room was small (photos were very misleading) and being right opposite the lift, super noisy. There’s no fridge, kettle, no natural light, and as per other reviews, an awful smell in the bathroom at times. The website boasts staff are bilingual but their English was minimal. Does have a tv thought.

    Good Simple Hotel in a Great Location.

    This is a simple hotel in a great central location. Our room, 311, was spacious. Well planned and very comfortable. There was good lightning throughout. And a small safe. The bathroom was great too, fitted with a hairdryer. The hotel has a small seating area with well stocked vending machines for snacks & drinks. There was a good choice of continental breakfast, and everything was fresh and used tables were quickly cleaned and refreshed. We liked it so much that we stayed her twice on a multi centre holiday.

    Almost everything: The "hotel" and therooms are old and in need of renovation. In addition, it is very noisy - both to the inside and to the outside. The "hotel" is located in a side street from which an unpleasant odor rises and there is a constant level of noise. The room furnishings are even worse and do not correspond to the pictures. The mattresses are very old and yellowed. You can feel every spring and heard this also with every movement. We could not sleep a single minutedue to the circumstances described above... The staff of the customer service is very poor, incompetent and unfriendly. We have repeatedly pointed out the the grievances - however, they did not take action.Conclusion: Hands off - it is a rip-off and a shack is used as a „hotel“.

    The hotel is situated in a quiet side street in the centre of the city in Granada.Close to all amenities in Granada and major sight seeing attractions.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Rooms are small but very clean.Perfect for 1 or 2 night stay.
