  Terrible hotel staff very little English rooms tiny no fridge no safe, no lift,bathroom tiny went to reception to look for some ice to cool my drink the hotel had no ice, parking 19 euro a day rip of,ill never stay here again

  They included breakfast but they send you to a restaurant close. Of course they charge for that. The breakfast is terrible with not to much options. Is better they remove this service. When we requested breakfast. We expected to have in the hotel, not have to go to another place.

  We arrived in Granada by train and chose this hotel for its proximity to the station. Our room was on the first floor overlooking a typical backstreet - surprisingly not excessively noisy. The room was quite small but clean and ok for our four day stay on a budget. We visited all of the areas of interest on foot and the location was good for this and we always felt safe. We opted for the daily breakfast which we found to be better than many "continentals " with plenty of bread and fresh fruit.

  Dirty Hell-hole in Granada!! Pack earplugs & drink plenty before trying to sleep here! Disgusting!!!

  Where do I start??? Greeted by a very rude, unfriendly receptionist on NYE. Coughed in our faces with his coat on. Our room was almost the size of the bed!! The beds were twin and not the double that we booked. That’s ok. We can live with that...but the blanket had a cigarette burn in it and the beds/mattresses were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. The room had a dripping noise that ran all night long and we heard every shower/flush noise coming from above! The walls and doors were paper thin so we may have been in a backpackers hostel. We heard very cough etc from the rooms next door. We told reception about the beds the next morning and they kindly moved us! Little did we know they moved us to an even worse room!!!!!! The bed was minuscule (but mattress ok). The bedside tables were absolutely filthy (see photos) with tabaco and hair and fluff in the grooves (gross). The hearing didn’t work, so we had to sleep with our jumpers and socks on. The shower room had mild in the corners and the shower head kept flying off the hook every time you used it. We then curiously looked under the bed to find a minefield of more filth. I went down to reception at 4am to complainandn ask for the complaints book..this wasn’t given to me... I was asked to wait until the morning where I could be bribed NOT to write in it!!! He offered us 25 percent of the booking... which was about 45 euros back!! We paid nearly 200 euros for 2 nights! My father paid for this so-called treat for our Xmas present in Granada. I dare not tell him it was absolutely awful. A nightmare! We didn’t sleep for 2 nights! It totally ruined our ‘romantic’ getaway in Granada and was a horrendous start to our new year! My partner and I work hard all year round to have little breaks away, but this was one of our worst experiences we have known. I felt dirty and disgusted leaving this property. They tried to make it better by offering us their cheap and nasty breakfast (worth a tenner) as we were leaving. I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me! There were insects crawling in reception as we were signing the complaint book!!!! We’ve stayed in many 1 and 2 star hotels, but this was unbelievable. It had no standards!!the boss tried to make excuses...like the receptionist wanted to go out on NYE etc that why he was in a foul mood...and they were extra busy so the cleaning was rushed?? And the building was an old building and that’s why it’s not soundproofed!!?? I can’t stress enough how tired and upset we felt leaving this hell-hole. I would have not accepted anything less than a full refund!! And an apology! I’m glad we filled in the hojas (complaints book)! People need to know this place is not acceptable! I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in one of these rooms.. please see photos... blanket burn, dirty bedsides, mould in bathroom, underbed dirt, etc...if I could add the video of the noise we had to endure for 2 nights I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!
