    Very nice hotel and well located for walking to notable sights. Good breakfast with typical European offerings and service, and nice rooms. I would like a better coffee maker (more user friendly with instructions) in the guest rooms.     Good location, rude staff at front desk

    Have stayed here twice for location only. Won’t be back as soulless for the price point. I was rushing for a train today to get to Malaga airport on time and staff were rude, churlish and unhelpful. A sour woman and her male colleague on the front desk. When I got back there were about 10+ people checking in. Despite my luggage being visible and 20 feet away, and explaining I was in danger of missing my transfer, the staff blanked me and made it clear I’d have to wait 10-20 mins while they completed all the check-ins. Funally I asked a manager (who could hear me as she was in the small office where my suitcase stood) ‘please can I just grab my bag there in the corner’. At least she was responsive on request, following two front desk staff who just didn’t care. Both deeply unfriendly. Service is not something this hotel considers necessary. Thankfully after that unpleasant experience I had a very kind taxi driver who asked if I enjoyed Granada’s hostel and wrnt out of his way to get me to the station on time with 4 mins to spare.

    NH Collection Victoria is the best in class hotel located at city center in Granada.Due to its location you can reach all the “must’s” at city center by feet.Other remarkable point is the hotel staff, they make your stay unique.

    The Granada Victoria is in a perfect spot in the center of Granada. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the food is very good. What makes it even better is the staff.     We stayed for three nights at the end of March. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Granada within easy walking distance of the Alhambra and the Cathedral, though on quite a busy corner. Our room was good and spacious, however the only window opened onto an internal lightwell that overlooked the restaurant below. The disadvantage of this was that there was no natural light or fresh air into the room, though some other hotel guests said that their rooms, which overlooked the street, were noisy. The was a good choice of food for breakfast. Neither the breakfast room nor the hotel lounge had any external windows.
