Location

This charming hotel lies at the heart of the tourist centre of Granada just 500 m from the city centre where the famous cathedral awaits discovery. The nearest ski resort is some 30 km away and it is about 70 km to the nearest beach.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 35 non-smoking rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Smashing hotel. Full of charm (built 1520) - the inner courtyard is lovely. Very helpful staff. The restaurant is very limited - tiny and really only used for breakfast (which is a cramped but nevertheless met all our needs) but who cares when there are so many places to explore. Excellent location in the heart of things.

    I want to like this place. It needs NEW MATTRESSES probably in ALL of the rooms. And it needs just some updates in each room- like small desks with chairs- some rooms don't have. I used a tv tray for my computer. Small things. Mainly the beds were NOT comfortable- I was traveling with others and heard the same issue. Staff is friendly- but apparently they don't take anything to the Post Office -- like mailing postcards.. oddThey will be very good at calling a cab and I must say SERVICE was top notch for that- and getting your bags up the stairs! LOCATION is excellent- you can walk to many restaurants- you are in a very historic area.     Don’t Stay Here – Constant Noise Makes Sleep ImpossibleWe stayed three nights and were woken up every single night between 11 PM and 1 AM by guests returning from parties and late check-ins. The hotel’s structure amplifies noise—we heard every door slam, every footstep, and every loud conversation in the hallway. It was unbearable.What Went Wrong • Nightly disruptions made sleeping impossible • Poor soundproofing or structural design that magnifies noise • Guests returning late talking loudly with no consideration • Bed sheets and towels are old and wornWhat WorkedThe location is great and the staff is genuinely nice. That’s it.The Bottom LineA good location and friendly staff don’t matter if you can’t sleep. This hotel has a serious noise problem that makes it unsuitable for anyone who actually wants to rest.
