    Three nights at Gran Via 44 and could stay for much longer. The apartment was fully equipped, well appointed and looked after. 2 bedroom apartment with very good beds and linens. Well located to visit the sites and felt very safe in the area. Easy access to taxis and buses. Used the hop on,hop off for an overall site seeing tour to see where we wanted to go. Numerous restaurants near and markets if you want to eat in. Definitely would stay again.

    The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The pillows were, in particular, spectacular! This was an excellent value for the money, and I would have been happy spending much more time there. The front desk's hours are unfortunately very limited, but the self-check-in system using the lock box in the lobby worked well. The mobile check-in and mobile key were buggy, so I would skip that next time and just use the lock-box. The staff were friendly and helpful by email and during the time they were on site.

    Authentic suite, nice but ...The room should be stuffed with supplies, coffee, tea soap, We had to ask for everything but they bring supplied right away. Bath rug though was used as a hand towel. And no one clean the floor. I was looking for my sock and found it under the bed, oh my good. they did not clean there for months!

    My family of four staid at the GranVia two nights. The situation of the suite was excellent -- two bedrooms, so kids had their own space. Kitchen was set up with microwave, refrigerator, plates, etc. Breakfast was served to our room each morning, and they were amazing at accommodating the gluten free diet for our celiacs: cereal, muffins, bread, eggs, fruit. Room was very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a good value, one of the least expensive of our trip. We had some issues with internet on the first day, but the staff helped us by providing another network to use.

    We loved out stay at the Suites Gran Via 44. The location was perfect and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The suite was very comfortable! We were able to walk to the Alhambra from the hotel, although we would probably take Uber if we had to do it over again. Slaying the hill that leads to the Alhambra's entrance was not easy!
