    Clean room in the heart of the old town. Good for a one night stopover while visiting San Sebastian. Friendly manager who was very helpful. Value for money with shower, small balcony air conditioning etc. No other facilities available.

    We knew this place has a very basic accommodation, the mere fact it is not advertised as a hotel. Rooms were clean but rather small (as expected).     Location, location, location. I try to stay here when I visit San Sebastian, but you need to book well in advance. t's great value for your money.
