Amazing stay and would definitely return - from someone who visits Ibiza multiple times a year with and without kids

    rating28 May 2026

Whoever is leaving this place rubbish reviews must need their head reading. I’m very picky with hotels and usually find an awful lot wrong with places but I can genuinely say that this hotel couldn’t really be faulted in any way. The staff were lovely, super clean, good food and drinks, great breakfast, lovely pool. Decent enough gym for a holiday and good spa. Yes the spa is aging a bit but everything works perfectly and there are loads of things in there. I’ve been to new spas with things broken but this place didn’t have any of that. Good massage too. Our room was massive with the amazing bath in the bathroom (huge). Beds so comfy. Cleaners did a great job and had turn down at nights with little chocolates too. Had a great week with my 11 year old daughter in half term - always got a sunbed which is a major plus.Very few gripes - our TV didn’t work properly - no English cable channels were working even though they were supposed to and the maintenance guy couldn’t get the screen mirroring to work either. No issue for me but when there with a child it would have been nice later in evening to watch a movie together but she had her iPad so it was fine. - a little noisy if people came back late in hallways or decided to clop around in their room with high heels on (as did my next door neighbour at 1am). However it wasn’t really the type of hotel where you get clubbers so only happened the one night. - asked for a few things from reception (extra blanket etc) and didn’t show up until I asked again the next day All really minor things that didn’t spoil the overall feel though.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    rating24 May 2026

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.If you want a relaxing stay at a lovely hotel, whatever you do, please avoid this place. They have construction going on right outside opposite the hotel, so if your room is facing the work- that is your terrace view. Not once do they mention this on their website, neither do their affiliate agencies selling their rooms. After multiple complaints on the day of arrival, asking for a refund and not wanting to stay even one night out of the 4 booked. The hotel have point blank refused and not moved us into another room due to “full occupancy”.A quick look on their website shows better available rooms, although they won’t upgrade you without you paying for it of course. Then you get into the room where the AC doesn’t go below 21.5 degrees (pic attached).Genuinely one of the worst experiences of a 5* hotel I have ever experienced. When we questioned the staff at reception, one of the staff pretended he was a manager and became extremely irate and rude. Seriously, if you want to waste £1k on 4 nights stay, you should stay here.

    Experience is poor

    rating24 May 2026

Go somewhere else, don’t live to regret your decision and the money you spent ! Main facilities are awful!! The hotel lacks funding and this results in the following Bad poolside experience- poorly laid floor tiles are a huge health and safety risk. It’s shabby all round and looks worn ! Parasols on rooftop are broken there is little shelter so no choice but to fry!!Why is this place classed Grand Luxe- it’s an average 4 star and no more !Staff are friendly and willing for the few there is. Drinks by the pool are being served in glasses and not plastic! This is not safe with children running around! The hygiene in the poolside washrooms is poor, not maintained and should have staff attendance mopping and replenishing as requires. Taps are trying to look good but some are worn and don’t work wellLunch consisting of a salad costs on average 23 -28 euros and more for hot dishes- fail to see what was great in the poke bowl or the salad - Taste was not there! It’s disappointing and those planning to come here should look elsewhere where! A congress centre is under construction next door!!! Imagine the eyesore for those with no sea view !All for now

    Excellent hotel lovely staff

    rating16 May 2026

What a lovely hotel When we arrived in our car we were greeted buy the staff They unloaded our car and took us into reception where we were given a complimentary glass of sparkling wine We checked in and were given a free upgrade to a suite which was a nice gesture The room was clean and we had an amazing view over the mountains where the sunset and we looked over the pool The amenities in the room were all very good from the toiletries to the coffee machine The mood lighting and electric blinds and curtains which all came on and off as you entered or left the room were a nice feature The cleaning staff came round every evening topping up the complimentary water and chocolate and asked if we needed any towels The pool area was always clean and the bar staff would be walking around all day taking orders for food and drinks so it was very relaxing The roof top pool and bar has amazing views and is adult only so if you are a couple you can relax there with no children in the pool The roof top restaurant which is only open in the evening was so good and the sunset is unbelievable A lovley place to end the day The staff were very knowledgeable and our waiter Julian’s recommendations were excellent Overall we could not fault the hotel and the staffDo not listen to the bad reviews I think they must have been staying in a different hotel

    Super Hotel

    rating16 May 2026

After a stay in 2024 we returned in May. Having seen some of the reviews, I was worried standards had slipped. There was no need to worry! The hotel is beautiful, lovely decor, spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. I appreciate there is building work nearby, but that is beyond the hotel"s control. It did not impact on our holiday and experience at all. Special shout out to Adrian and Vincente for such a warm welcome. The fizz on arrival greatly appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional with so much choice, beautifully presented. All serving staff very pleasant, but I would like to note service from Sonia, who remembered our drink orders each morning. Excellent customer service. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and lovely touch of a chocolate for each of us when we returned in the evening. Lovely roof top bar with great views. Prices higher than bars in the resort, but that is to be expected. All in all a fantastic experience and we will be returning again. Thank you all!
