Location

The hotel is located along the Cala Portinatx, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, famous for its transparent turquoise waters. It offers a range of possibilities for excursions, as well as entertainment venues such as bars and restaurants. Nearby there is a medical centre, a pharmacy and a supermarket. There are links to the public transport network just outside the hotel. It is about 25 km from Ibiza town and 32 km from the airport.

Facility

The apartment complex has 130 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a mini fridge. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the apartment complex. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. Breakfast and a lunch à la carte are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Beware of this scammer!!! We made a booking directly on the website, but wanted to modify it one hour after booking. According to the terms at the time, bookings could be cancelled for free before 17 pm. We fully complied with these conditions, yet the owner refuses to refund the deposit and has deliberately ignored all my requests. I have now sent more than 30 emails, but there has been no response or refund. Extremely unprofessional, and frankly, outright theft. We are now initiating legal proceedings to recover the deposit.

    This is our 3rd year staying here and we have booked again for next year. Where to start!!! The restaurant attached to the apartments are looked after from the amazing Luda, Sandro and Rocky. They are the most friendly and accommodating hosts! Lots of menu options and great prices! The diner is spotless. The rooms are traditional Spanish decor, cleaned every second day. Reception manager is always available for any assistance you may need. Pool bar staff are friendly and always happy to help. The atmosphere is chill and just what we want. Beach is directly across the road from apartment and taxis there too. Highly recommend these apartments and restaurant is amazing!!! Great for the 4 sisters xx

    They are what they are. Great little appartment for easy access to the beach. A little dated but thats not really that important. All the amenities you need including fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tv etc. Top tip take a hair dryer. Great view from the front. All good.

    Had a great 3 weeks restaurant staff fantastic nothing to much trouble and always happy, food was presented to high standard. Will be returning. This is set in a great area for swimming and snorkeling. Also easy to catch the bus ti Ibiza old town.

    Been going here the last 17 years the place is dated but the pool the staff are amazing beach is beautiful restaurant downstairs great food second home. Apartments are dated but clean and have everything you need especially 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms always a bonus when there’s a lot of you
