Location

The apartments are within a 15-minute walk of the centre of Ibiza. The apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday as there are links to the local public transport network, bars, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket in the vicinity. Located right by the sea, the apartments afford spectacular views. The beach is about 300 m from the hotel. Clients will be able to spot the beautiful island of Formentera on the horizon. The nearest nightspots are about 3 km away and Ibiza Airport is approximately 8 km from the establishment.

Facility

Units include 32 apartments, 60 studios and 92 single rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a car hire service, medical assistance and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 2 swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, billiards, a spa and a solarium. At the hotel offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. Breakfast, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    Great location for Ibiza Town.

    Stayed here with 2 other friends and found this to be a great base for Ibiza town and the nearby Figueretes beach. The short cut to Ibiza old town is turn left out of the apartments and follow the road, then continue on the dirt track. When you get to the main road, turn left under the bridge and you’re practically there. The apartment was clean, and spacious enough for 3 people for a short stay. The only niggle we all had was the wardrobe space wasn’t big enough for all 3 of us (small single) and there wasn’t enough drawers. Apart from that we found it to be well equipped and there was even an iron and ironing board. The staff were all very pleasant and always said hello and smiled. They let us have a late check out room for 30€ on our last day, which was great as our flight wasn’t until 9pm. Would we stay here again? Yes, definitely as it was very convenient. However, we would upgrade to a bigger apartment and sea view room.

    Decent hotel, good price and very nice staff. Close to the city center which is definitely a plus.     Perfect location for a girls trip

    Stayed here in July for our first girls holiday to Ibiza. The location was perfect! So close to all big clubs, a short walk into the main town. Lovely food places nearby etc.The room was clean, cleaners were lovely and air con was brilliant! Felt comfortable the whole time staying here, the area felt very safe and the staff on reception were helpful and all very nice.Would 100% come back and stay here again!
