Location

The apartments are near the centre of Ibiza, which is just 15 minutes’ walk away. The apartments feature spectacular views since they are located by the sea and only 5 minutes away from an exclusive beach of fine golden sand. Links to the local public transport network are some 100 m from the apartments, which are about 300 m away from various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues. Nightspots can be found approximately 3 km from the establishment, which is around 8 km away from Ibiza Airport.

Facility

3 apartments and 114 studios are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service.     Amazing experience. Friendly staff shoutout to Antonia and lulian for being so nice, security 24/7, right off the beach, our room had a bed, sofa, kitchen, balcony. All that we need. Not too far away from the supermarket and other stores and amazing place to explore.

    A lovely hotel in a great location. Overlooking the sea, 5 mins to Fabriagates beach and 10 mins to Ibiza Town, walking. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is great with lovely staff, especially the bar man Mario

    Had another lovely stay, was here for 2 weeks late August and early September and decided to come back in October, exceptional service as always, normally go to the beach but with the weather being a bit off stayed by the pool, the pool barman Mario is the best he is so friendly and welcoming, can’t wait to come back next year.John Cook, Room 302, October 10th till 17th
