The complex has a lift and features 46 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     STOLEN MONEY & BELONGINGS!

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Stayed here end of August ( 3 of us girls ) on our last day we went out for the day and came back to find our safe open with over €500 missing. As well as our suitcases looking like they have been rummaged through. We went down to reception and the 2 guys there basically laughed in our faces when we told them. They have clearly seen this happen many times in the past. And reading by reviews this has happened ALOT. He told us they have never had any complaints about this in 10 years. (Clearly a lie by reading the reviews they seem to laugh at everyone who’s been stolen from) The apartment itself was appalling and very dated and not cleaned properly. We all got bitten alive on the first night. It is very very noisy and does not feel safe at all staying there as a group of girls. You are much better of spending a little more money and staying elsewhere. There were 3 plug sockets in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. No iron - went down to reception to get one and had to pay €20 and even so THEY NEVER HAD AN IRONING BOARD. They clearly steal from a lot of people at this hotel and get away with it. Avoid at all costs.

    NEVER AGAIN!Do not stay at this hotel, the cleaners had stolen €400 euros from our room and had stolen my friends make up. When explaining to the hotel reception, the guy didn’t help at all. If anything, he was smirking about the whole thing. The room is also very very basic, no comfort at all. Please pay a little extra for somewhere a little nicer. Definitely not worth it, ruined my last night in Ibiza! If I could rate no stars I would!

    Nice staff, very helpful and welcoming (cannot be faulted). Hotel very basic, salt water showers, dated decoration, rooms dark and bathroom even darker. Wouldn't highly recommend but also wouldn't put people off staying here, depends what type of holiday you are wanting. As my title states you get what you pay for. Don't expect the Hard Rock when you're paying cheap prices.

    If i could give this a zero rating out of 5 i would. The worst place i have ever stayed. when we arrived we used the lift to get to our room, which looked like something out of saw, the door of our room was dodgy and took us a while to actually even get in to it, when inside the lighting was that dim it looked like a den, max of 3 plugs to the whole apartment, floors were dirty and walls, balcony door didnt shut nevermind lock, the wardrobes had no doors so safe was out in the open, whole bathroom was a dirty blue colour which was very unappealing, the tap was faulty as more water came out the bottom of it, the shower came off the wall and the toilet was hanging off the wall and moved when you was sat on it, the kitchen had nothing in it besides a few plates, the cupboards when opened had no shelves in so were useless? there was a door at the side of the kitchen which led to a dangerous outdoor tiny balcony which is where the sink was located??? again didnt lock. no wifi, views were non existent and the pool look diseased so was a good job we spent all of our time at our friends apartment round the corner at jet apartments. only positive is the staff were nice and the bald one was helpful. overall the whole apartment i wouldnt of even paid £30 let alone the £400 we paid for 4 days. i will be making a formal complaint and look forward to the response of this.

    Stayed here the end of July with a 4 other girls. The employees are very helpful, laid back and welcoming. The rooms are very basic and minimal they are nothing fancy but what you expect for the price. Lots of groups of girls and boys and is a friendly atmosphere. Would stay here again. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The pools small and basic but did the job.
