Nice hotel with spacious bedrooms, nice pool and lovely views over Ibiza Old Town. However, once you arrive, the hotel tries to extract as much money out of you as it can. Nothing is complimentary, not even water. The prices they charge are exorbitant. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and you can only order breakfast from an a la carte menu. A bowl of tiny muesli and yoghurt was 18 euros. Breakfast for 2 people cost in excess of a 100 euros and what’s more they add a minimum service charge of 12.5% on top. As for dinner, they take the mark ups to a different level, with a small bowl of lettuce leaves with dressing costing 35 euros. If you’re thinking about having some wine, then forget it as the average mark up is about 6 times, with a glass of white wine costing 90 euros. If you’re wanting room service you have to order from the restaurant a la carte menu with no other simpler options and as a result you see guests ordering deliveries from outside the hotel. On our departure we asked for a late checkout of an extra 3 hours but were informed we would be charged an extra 180 euros for the privilege. We declined their kind offer !In summary this is a nice hotel for those wanting a hotel outside the bustling atmosphere of Ibiza town. However, the hotel knows it has you captive once you arrive and therefore this is really a hotel for those with more money than sense, who don’t mind being taken for a ride. We do offer a rate which includes breakfast, and in this option breakfast is priced at €40 per person per day, allowing guests to order freely from our à la carte menu. Complimentary bottles of water are provided in every room, which are placed on the bedside tables and replenished once a day by our housekeeping team. Regarding the bills at breakfast, pool or restaurant we want to clarify that don’t add a minimum service charge of 12.5 %. The amounts that appear on the bill are suggested tips that are displayed below the total, and these are entirely optional. With regard to late check-outs, our regular check-out time is at 11.00h but we are always happy to offer a courtesy extension when possible. However, later departures in the afternoon can only be granted for an additional fee and are subject to availability, as rooms most of the time need to be prepared for arriving guests.We have also taken note of the other points you raised regarding the pricing of food and beverages, the wine list, and the options for room service. A Peaceful Luxury Escape in Ibiza

A beautiful, quiet luxury hotel tucked away in nature among olive and pine trees, with gorgeous views of the town. The service was personalized and impeccable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool area beautifully nestled on the hill. The trendy restaurant had such a great atmosphere with stylish guests and absolutely delicious grilled steaks. It felt like a gem and totally elevated our Ibiza trip. Been there guided by my friends, the food has been overall sufficient and good, can’t complain about that! however for the price paid it can be found much much better places! Michelin star prices for a normal restaurant! I have been to Casa Maca, the restaurant part several times.The ambience is so nice, among the best og all restaurants I have been to.Food is also very nice. This is the place for meat lovers.The Iberian ham for starter is sooo good.Cocktails also. It is a very big restaurant that can seat a lot of people and also groups. Great service.
