    Location amazing staff amazing room clean , no noise, walls are thick very comfortable beds. Front desk personal named Monet D 100% amazing you need more like her super hard working and service minded she needs a raise or a promotion Wow!

    A good place with a few hiccups

    I stayed here last week during their unprecedented April heat wave. My room was extremely hot due to the west facing windows. The front desk did not do an acceptable job in getting an engineer to come to my room to check out the AC after over an hour. Additionally, the info on their website regarding airport pick up is wrong and needs to be corrected to the proper procedure for getting picked up.

    This Hampton Inn, just off 494, is very close to both the airport and MOA. The room was clean and comfortable. I experienced no noise disturbance. Breakfast was adequate. Front desk staff were not terribly professional but overall I was very happy with my stay before an early morning flight.

    AVOID this hotel. Extremely rude front desk staff and the shuttle service was not as promised. We will not stay here again.The two female employees working the front desk last night were shockingly unprofessional. We had already missed a flight and were stressed about having to extend our stay, and instead of basic courtesy we were met with hostility. They openly complained to multiple arriving guests about the hockey teams staying at the hotel. Regardless of their frustrations, taking it out on new guests is unacceptable.We signed up for the 8:30 AM airport shuttle and were sternly warned it would leave exactly at 8:30. We were downstairs waiting at 8:25 — no shuttle. The morning employee was kind and clearly trying to help, but no one responded to her walkie-talkie calls. We were finally picked up at 8:45.All we did was choose Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis Airport/Mall of America and pay for two rooms. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing from Hilton.

    Check in was good, room seemed clean, hotel was quiet.Breakfast was another story. Person who was obviously a homeless person in a booth with all his plastic bags and possessions, talking to a wall, and helping himself to the coffee, buffet and all the food. Front desk staff seemed to know who he was and told him to hurry and finish up and leave when brought to their attention. If they wanted to help him there are resources to call to help him, not just let him have his breakfast with all the paying guests.
