    Beautiful clean modern hotel with good facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and our room for 5 was spacious and perfect for all of us. Breakfast had great choice and lots of loungers with beautiful views from pool patio. 5 mins walk to beach, restaurants and shops. 20 min easy walk to old town.

    Modern hotel, decent breakfast, lovely hot sunny day sat on balcony looking at roof top infinity pool and bar but alas both closed until May. Hotel truly not for kids. TV, very limited coverage no English speaking channels. Go Benidorm instead.

    Appalling empathy two nights into my trip, I had to cancel due to a family bereavement my cousin who was like a brother. Because he was not biological brother they refused a refund for the rest of my trip. Appalling customer service, avoid at all costs.

    We had a fantastic experience in August 2025 here - the staff at reception and pool could not have been more helpful! They were so pleasant and accommodating that it had a really positive impact on our overall holiday experience. The rooms were super clean and pool gorgeous. Thank you!!

    The hotel was fabulous. The hotel is in a really good location. Our room was really spacious and was cleaned everyday (and smelt really clean). All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for another stay.
