The hotel was modernised in 2025. 2 suites, 30 single rooms and 482 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a souvenir shop.     Felt like a college dorm - with long lines

    Large hotel that felt a bit like a giant college dorm. Definitely geared towards the younger travelers looking to party, tattoo parlor in the lobby. Walkable to the major clubs, 1 block from the beach. Rooms were clean, balcony facing the pool, no frills. Inefficient service and long lines to check in or out, and a long wait to access the breakfast (which was good, but a big cafeteria feeling). There was a Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby, but was closed in the mornings (strange). The giant screen over the pool goes 24/7, casting light into the room and making it hard to sleep. About 10 min to airport.

    All great vacations start at check-in! We were greeted by Simona. First… wow, what an amazing person to meet as you walk in the front door of the hotel! Second, give her a promotion! She handled every customer we saw with the professionalism and courtesy that you expect of the highest tier hotel! Setting the standard of customer service, it elevated our expectation and stay at the hotel! All we can say is thank you for setting the tone for your team/hotel and putting us on the right foot for a great vacation!

    I usually stay at a more business style of hotel when in the island but as I was traveling with a group we all stayed here. Rooms are as expected - clean yet basic. Food was decent. What really made the trip a great experience were the staff at the hotel. Everyone tried their best, were helpful and happy to assist. Many thanks.

    It was just awesome! The stuff is super freudig, especially Simona (she organised delivery of Champaign and a goody bag for my sisters birthday on May 15th) ❤️ everyone is very nice and polite, would come here again!
