Location

This city hotel enjoys a central location around 100 m away from the city centre on the eponymous river, Santa Eulalia, and only a few steps from the beach. The hotel additionally lies just 5 minutes from an array of restaurants and bars. Furthermore, there is a forest near the hotel and Ibiza Town as well as Roca Llisa golf course are around a 30 to 35-minute drive from the hotel. Ibiza airport lies around 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

176 rooms, including 142 junior suites and 26 suites, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     A Lovely Relaxing Visit

    This was our first time at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites and Spa. We stayed in early May 2026 for 11 nights in a Prestige Junior Suite with Sea View room.Location - Quiet at the edge of the resort but not too far the action! About 10 mins stroll across the river from a supermarket and about 15 mins to the central hub along a lovely promenade to access the local bars, shops, restaurants and local ferry. Hotel - very well maintained, very clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. A big shout out to the reception and restaurant/bar staff who were always very happy to help and to Eva at the bar who creates a fantastic sangria! Entertainment a few times per week in the bar area with a library for a more quiet space to read or play games. The pool bar had amazing food if you wanted a light meal at lunch time, and also sold ice cream. The pool was freezing cold but there was always plenty of beds , tables and parasols available anytime of the day.Room - again, very well maintained, very clean with fresh towels twice per day. The bed was amazing and the room had good soundproofing so we always got a great nights sleep.There was only a couple of slight negatives for us1 - no air conditioning either in the room or throughout the hotel due to hotel policy due to the time of year we stayed. Thankfully it wasn't too hot when we visited and we opened both doors to let the air circulate and the ceiling fan was a godsend to keep the main room at a comfortable temperature but the bathroom still got hot. 2 - there being a good range of food in the restaurant but we found on an evening it was warm, not hot despite going at 7pm when the restaurant opened. 3 - the water pressure wasn't great, especially on a morning between 8-9am, with sometimes no water out of the taps. I did report this to reception on the first day or two but there was no improvement during our stay. 4 - unless you booked direct with the hotel, you could only access the spa and the spa circuit for 2 hours per day if you paid for treatments or signed up to a pass. This was a shame as we have stayed at other hotels where access to their spa was complementary. Despite these few niggles, we did have a lovely stay at the hotel and we would consider it again should we return to Ibiza.

    We just returned home after our second visit to the hotel. It didn’t disappoint again. The moment you arrive reception are welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, all staff are helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. We had a junior suite again which we couldn’t fault. Poolside bar is welcoming.     Update following another visit to Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites and Spa.

    We spent a week at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites and Spa in Sta. Eulalia, Ibiza from 9th - 16th May 2026.This was my third visit to the hotel, and I'd advise you to look at my previous reviews as well as I saw a real improvement on some of the points I'd raised previously.Firstly, the staff really help to make your stay as perfect as possible. From the wonderful Jorge and his colleagues on reception, to the team who look after you in the restaurant, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The grill chef loves to have a chat while he's cooking your dinner, the manager who checks you off the list as you enter the restaurant is welcoming and accommodating, the colleagues who set up & clear the tables and take drink orders from you are very sociable and the two gentlemen who I believe to be senior managers who walk through the building take time to talk to guests as well - everyone understands the importance of building relationships with customers, and it's great to see.This time, the food selection was much better. The choice was varied, everything was freshly cooked and hot, and I had no issues finding something suitable for dinner on any evening. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of choices available, both healthy and less so.I'd emailed reception to request the same room as on my previous two visits, and I was allocated the room I wanted - another thing that makes me want to return to this hotel again. The room was well maintained and as comfortable as I remember it being - full blackout curtains really helped me to have a great night's sleep.Two bottles of water are provided in the room daily, so there's less of a need to visit a local supermarket to stock up.I had no issue finding a sunbed at any point - there doesn't appear to be a mad rush at this hotel, although perhaps that may be different during peak season.The hotel wasn't at full capacity as we'd visited in early May, so it never felt over crowded or busy.The WIFI in the rooms was good, and the cleaning standards throughout all communal areas was excellent.We had an early departure, but were invited to the restaurant for a continental breakfast before we left which was greatly appreciated.I did mention to the reception team that we'd visit again in the future, so here's that promise in writing. This is a great hotel, and what makes it so is it's staff and an insistence on high standards - thanks to all of you for making our week away so memorable once again. See you again soon.     Super hotel. 10/10. Room well appointed and very clean. Good location 100 metres to beach and promenade. Food was varied and high standard.
