  Brilliant hotel excellent staff

  This was our first time to Ibiza, we were a bit apprehensive about the party scene on the island. we flew out from Southend airport everything looked nice and peaceful that is until the flight was called, then there was a mass exodus from the bar where people were drinking and continued drinking on the aircraft 13th may 17.35 easyJet. It was a very rowdy and uncomfortable journey but there wasn't any trouble (thank God) but I suppose that's an Ibiza flight. Luckily they all went off somewhere on the island top up their tan and liver. Whilst we went to a beautiful resort and hotel in es canar. The hotel was spotless the staff extremely friendly, and the food !!!!! Was the best food I've ever had in a all inclusive holiday, we met a lovely couple the evening before we went home which was a shame as we got on well would liked to have kept InTouch. Two comments which are not complaints, as we will be definitely returning in the near future, the restaurant could have had more seating for couples so we didn't have to eat our meals with people we didn't know, and our room superior 525 Which had a lovely view of the sea but not as lovely as room 524 which also had a lovely view of the sea and a view into our room so we had to keep the curtains closed mostly. Overall we had a excellent holiday and would highly recommend the hotel.   Excellent hotel especially for a 3 🌟

  Our first time here in ibiza . Hotel ereso is absolutely perfect . Very clean ! Lovely food . Wonderful staff who always have a smile . We've had 11 fantastic nights here and we are looking forward to the same next year ! Hopefully 14 though next time . I dont think we will go anywhere else now as everyrhing is just perfect here . We absolutely love ereso and es canar ❤️ until next year amigos!   Good quality hotel

  This was a decent 3 star hotel that offered good value. It is in a good location in a nice resort best suited to families and couples.Two issues; it would be great if the hotel could look at Tui and email room requests as we requested a high floor on both and ended up with a first floor room overlooking kitchen roof/extractor. We went back to the reception and they moved our room within half hour to a high floor. It would just alleviate that If someone was looking at actioning requests where possible. Also, be aware that the hotel restaurant can be very loud and busy depending on what time you go. Some people won’t be bothered by this but it gave me anxiety trying to find a table for two as I’m not comfortable in busy areas and many of the tables were empty with reserved signs on them.Staff were amazing at this hotel, with only one exception, everyone was extremely friendly. The reception staff were very helpful at all times. The entertainment was really good, especially the acts that were brought in - our faves were the African act and the Elton John singer. Drinks were reasonably good. Food was exceptionally good, especially evening meals. Mexican night was amazing. There are boat trips nearby and a land train.trip and it’s cheap to get around on the bus. There’s a choice of pool areas and sunbeds stacked (too) high if all the sunbeds are taken. Maybe don’t stack them so high so it’s easier to get one but I must say it’s lovely to stop at a hotel where you don’t need to get up early to save beds! Room was kept very clean. Thank you to the lovely 4th floor room cleaner from 408!One last point; not the hotels fault but the Tui Rep was very poor on this occasion. She didn’t even put a list of flights/coach pick up times on the notice board like at other hotels. I did question this but she made an excuse that it was a GDPR issue (?) I tried to explain to her that no personal details were put on these lists - just flight destinations and coach pick up times but she was having none of it! It nearly spoiled our last day as she won’t provide the pick up time till the day before and we had a trip booked which we nearly missed waiting to speak to her! She also gave us some incorrect info about the buses earlier in the holiday and I would recommend going to reception if you need any information as they are far more helpful. To conclude; it’s a lovely hotel and I can see why so many people return. We will strongly consider returning ourselves, it’s just how busy the restaurant is that would be potentially offputting for us.   Highly recommend - especially for young families

  We have just come back from this hotel and we had the most amazing experience.Staff were kind and helpful, housekeeping and tidiness was spoton, dining/restaurant staff were welcoming and lovely. The entertainment team were excellent, daytime activities were fun, my almost 3 year old loved the kids club and the disco. The kiddies pool was really good but unfortunately some water features like buckets and squirters were not turned on. There were 2 other pools which were great.There is a small fair across the road suitable for probably under 10s, a super market too and some shops. Beach at the end of the road, 3 minute walk and can be seen from rooms. Great little town, amazing hotel, atmosphere and location. We had an amazing stay, I would recommend to anyone especially with littles - there was a lot under 5s which was great for us with a little one.   Third visit!

  This was our 3rd visit to the Ereso in just one year and we could not wait to return for our 11 night holiday! Once again, the hotel did not disappoint. There is always so much choice of food in the restaurant and we were always able to find something to eat. The staff work so hard and are always so welcoming and friendly and having visited twice before a lot of staff remembered us which was lovely! Our room 406 was looking over the back of the hotel which was fine as we didn’t spend much time in there at all as we were out most of the time. The room was spotlessly clean upon arrival and was cleaned every single day. We loved taking part in the games that took place during the day from darts to aqua dance. Evening entertainment was great as always. Even on the rainy days the entertainment team made an effort to continue as normal indoors. Es Canar is a beautiful place and the hotel is located a short 5 minute walk away from the beach. We love it as you are within close proximity to everything that you could possibly need there are shops and bars just down the road. We have had an amazing holiday and we were so sad to leave.
