  Lovely staff who are excellent and very charming. Good food although it’s like feeding at the zoo buffet all done in a rush . Small basic rooms but cleaning very good .The worst thing at this resort is the terrible loud singing in the evening after dinner , shocking voice and very loud you cannot hold a conversation, most residents retreat to their rooms . Definitely would not come back .

  Nice hotel, staff professional and friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner (we opted for half-board). Nice pool and within easy reach of the beach.   We booked the hotel for a break online on Monday evening 26th May for four nights.The hotel was advertised as shown with a great beach picture. As beach goers we were taken back how well this looked which showed crystal clear water and spotless beach which for us was the main purpose of booking.On arrival to the hotel the check-in was at quite a late time of 17:00 which meant we had to put our luggage into a store room until the room was ready.We changed and went to the beach for what looked amazing on the advertisement and the main reason we booked this venue.On arrival at the beach, we were presented with the whole bay covered in a large slick of Posidonia beach and also the washed up remains from previous days/weeks.There was no clear path into the water unless you waded through knee deep Posidonia. This was a massive disappointment as whilst this is a natural phenomenon, nobody advised us of this either on booking, the hotel website or staff on arrival. In fact it was just accepted and we were advised it would be removed overnight. The next day came, we went back to the beach and it was evident that no clearing had taken place and there was still no pathway to the sea as far as the eye could see.The only option was to sit on the beach and watch countless families arrive each day and go through the same experience as we were, taken in by the advertised pictures when in reality the beach was a swamp of Posidonia in the sea as well as piled up on the beach.This should have been checked by booking agents before selling such a holiday so we at least had the option to book and had we been made aware of this situation, we would have booked elsewhere. This natural phenomenon didn’t happen overnight and everyone at the hotel knew the situation but did nothing to communicate or clear it. However, we would like to remind you that the beach service remained fully accessible and usable throughout your stay.Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the management and removal of Posidonia are subject to strict environmental regulations, and any intervention is carried out only after obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities.   Delicious food. Wonderful beach. Very friendly staff. Family room with spacious terrace. Great price to quality ratio. The only of drawback is the need for car, since there are no any attractions in the neighberhood.   Beautiful beach but terrible animation and Dj

  Beautiful beach, nice hotel but the animation is a real disaster ! Overall the animation is really bad. The DJ is the worst I have ever seen ! At night the atmosphere is completely dead. The animation on the beach is also pathetic, worst then camping!
