    Horrible customer service shut these people down!

    This company has horrible customer service! Booked a stay with them but was canceled cause it was the summer after the Covid outbreak and as an American they wouldn’t let us travel there. They told me I couldn’t have my money back but would offer me a credit just to call and book when we want to come and just give them original confirmation. After a couple of years went to book they told me my credit expired. What a joke! You can’t take someone’s money and do that. Horrible people!

    We stayed in a three bedroom appartment with a massive balcony, the views from it were amazing and got to see the sunset every afternoon. The apartment is very speciaous and has everything you need. I will be back!

    Beware main hotel has changed to can salia

    We arrived to discover that the main marina palace hotel has been converted to Can Salia which is very modern and we thought we were staying in the main hotel as we stayed there 5 years ago. Instead we were taken to Block B room 114 which had no view and the balcony could be accessed from the fire e it stairs. We complained to reception and they moved us to the 3rd floor where the view was slightly better. However the air conditioning did not work and someone had to come and fix it. In the night the electric tripped out so there was no air conditions and the fridge stopped working. We also found out they out balcony door didn’t lock so our little boy had to sleep in with us. We thought we were getting a 4* property but I would rate this property 2-3* and is not worth what we paid

    Everything thing good Clean friendly staff . Good breakfast fantastic view Just the same old thing let’s it down is this Spanish attitude etc cleaners In the morning pulling tables across the floor with no f**cks given about guests sleeping . Employ caring cleaners.

    We booked a 2 bed superior room which was fine but the hotel itself is so dated and really needs a revamp. The pool area was tatty. View from pool is nice overlooking the sea but no beach just rocks. I wouldn’t return here.
