  Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. The bed was rock hard with hairs on the sheets from whoever was there before. Shower and tap leaked, no holder for the shower so couldn't use it properly. Just a latch on the patio door so not very secure at all! Oh and the air con sounded like a lorry and kicked out next to no cold air. Staff were rude and not helpful in the slightest. Only good thing was the view. Paid €180 for one night, daylight robbery. Travelled August 2016

  - location is very good, there is half-way to the city centre and playa den bossa - nice cafe with sitting places - friendly staff. while checked in we got maps and info about the island and nice placed nearby. at the end we sticked to our plan though ;) - air co.! worked well. - big living room - fridge in the kitchen worked well- NO internet... we were pushed to search for a wifi in the city when we needed it. super unhandy ;( in cafe there was alco not. it connected 2 times, but didn't work anyways. - no soap in the bathroom, no dish soap (if I want to cook/ use the kitchen i have to buy a bottle for a few days only..). it tured out that we barely used it. - when one of us were in the room and the cleaning lady came in, she didn't clean only handed us clean towels. Cleaning of the room was minimum. - in the morning was very noisy (like someone was cleaning or moving the furnitures) it happened few times and woke us up. - quite old shower curtain -------------------------------------------- - it feels like during the season you are paying for a good location, because price was quite high in compare to the quality of this place. (almost the same prices as in hotels. for a week the difference contributed 200 euro pp in August).

  I loved it here, I gave it 4 stars because there were a couple of downsides (mainly wifi issues), but all in all it was a great place to stay. Pros:it was cleanHad two really nice balconies The cleaner was very sweet and the people at reception were very helpful if ever we had questions. Cons: Wifi kept switching on and off. (This was my biggest problem - reception couldn't help there either) One or two of the plug sockets didn't work.Didn't use kitchen apart from the fridge so can't say how that was. Honestly, price wise we all feel it was totally worth it. And most people only use the room for sleeping or pre-drinks, right? In that case it's perfect. For those who don't sleep well with noise, take some ear plugs cause of there is a loud neighbour, you WILL hear them partying. Have fun :)

  Three star type apartments, we paid for Sea-View and got it on the 4th floor. Guy at reception very friendly, everything was clean, cutlery & cooking pots, pans etc available. Electric hob works... My only criticisms were 1) we didn't get fresh towels during our three night stay. 2) there were no soaps for washing dishes 3) walls are paper thin... We heard EVERYTHING! Luckily however the noise never went beyond midnight so we slept well every night.

  If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday in a nice apartment,clean,modern,with friendly staff who will do their best to help you if you are not happy.If you want a secure location where you can feel safe day or night staying in a nice apartment with modern furniture,an English channel on the T V if you want a safe for your valuables if you want a microwave kettle toaster cooking implements a dish towel an ashtray a small bar of soap or a shower gel a clean sanitised bathroom then don't go to this dump.If you want an ignorant imbecile behind the reception desk who will make a laugh of you if you complain if you want a filthy apartment in bad condition with locks hanging of the balcony doors rickety furniture at least thirty years old a filthy kitchen with no mod cons for self catering a wreck of a fridge broken lights and the bathroom ceiling shedding flakes of old paint with shutters hanging off the windows,if you want to be kept awake all night,night after night by other guests slamming doors scraping furniture across the floor loud music at 3 in the morning people running up and down corridors shouting and screaming until 6 am,if you don't mind the fact that anyone can walk in off the street at any time day or night because there is no security at all then go to this dive.
