    A lovely spot with a great atmosphere and exceptionally polite, attentive staff. This is my second stay in the past three years, and I absolutely love it here. Special mention Ana and Camelia at the bar, they were incredibly kind and welcoming! 😌

    For the price, it's disgusting.Had to be moved rooms after the first night. There is no one to ask for help in an emergency. The phone is picked up whenever the staff can be bothered.No basics such as handsoap. No shower gel or shampoo.No hot water in the shower.Taps are clearly not plumbed correctly - the tap marked cold is hot and the tap marked hot is cold.Staff cannot speak English so used Google translate - he was a nice guy though.Staff on reception who cannot speak English.The outside front door lock is a pain to use.Called and asked for an ironing board. No one updated me just left me to wait. No iron or ironing board.The bathrooms are tiny, the shower is too. The sink and toilet are too close.The air conditioning in room absolutely stunk.The drains smell bad.The plug socket was hanging off the wall.The bedroom door would not lock! 100 euro a night is appalling.

    When we booked the room we expected the unit to look like their photos. You have to go somewhere else to check it. The staff was super friendly and brought our luggages to the room while we were at the beach (best part of the hotel) The room smells a little off. Washroom was not in good shape. I wish I had spent a little more to get a room somewhere else.

    Waste of time and money

    Things need to work! It is not possible to walk 10 minutes and then discover that keys are not working and even be asked to go back to reception to collect the new keys! Communication is even worst! You let me wait 30 minutes because you are not able to pass the message between shifts. Safe not working and it seems that nobody knows anything. Unacceptable! Not recommending this hostel to anyone!

    This hostel has many not so great reviews but our stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights in August, the rooms are clean and tidy, has aircon, television and a safe. The bathroom amenities are rather close together and hard to use at times but still clean and good for what you need it for.The reception is a 10-15 minute walk away but the staff were lovely and helped us with organising our days in Ibiza.Thank you for you hospitality!
