  Nice stay

  Adults only HotelTo be honest i did think the area would be noisy and probably party people, we went for a relaxing experience and that is what we had. A special thanks to Vanessa at reception who went above and beyond to help in every request. All of the staff was amazing, breakfast was great with a little bit of everything. Rooms were noise proof which was amazing. I must say the beds were not that great but tolerable. You must be cautious not to leave your food unattended because the seagulls will snatch anything they see, management should put a sign out so people know beforehand.

  Firstly the good things, nice hotel, nice pool area, like the towels you can use daily, breakfast was nice, the view was even nicer.Receptionists friendly and helpful, Spar shop literally a few metres away which is so handy.A handful of good restaurants close by, beach across the road, San Antonio a 10/20 walk away.The not so good things were, the room wasn’t cleaned in 7 days.We did get clean towels once I asked though.Had to ask for more toilet roll twice as they weren’t coming in to check even though I put the sign on the door saying “yes please” to a clean up. No clean sheets for 7 days…The fry up at breakfast was average, scrambled egg was watery with no flavour. Nice pancakes and fruit plus nice coffee, fruit juices and fresh bread.I would stay again yes, it was reasonable and convenient, but I would ask for clean sheets and towels more often.

  Relaxation disrupted by loud guests

  Relaxation disrupted by loud guests, but excellent intervention by the hotel​Unfortunately, my experience at the pool was significantly disrupted by the behavior of other guests. Despite the hotel providing pleasant, low-volume background music, two individuals chose to play their own loud music on a Bluetooth speaker at full volume.​When I made it clear that they should turn it down, switch it off, or use headphones, the situation escalated. This resulted in a loud confrontation where they shouted at me and other guests. It is a shame that such behavior can impact the holiday atmosphere so quickly.​However, I am very pleased with how the hotel staff handled the situation. They intervened effectively to de-escalate the conflict and encouraged me to report it to reception immediately should it happen again. While loud and inconsiderate guests can be a risk to your stay, the professional response from the management was very reassuring and much appreciated.

  Another awesome stay

  I come to this hotel every year multiple time. The hotel is nice with a couple of pools, good food and good view of the sea. The rooms are good quality and adequately furnished.However the main reason I keep coming to this hotel is the staff who do a great job in the hotel, have a nice personality make me feel welcome every visit.   Good but needs some work in areas

  Rooms very nice, clean and modern but in some areas showing some signs of aging on the doors and skirting boards in the bathroom probably from the damp. Beds are comfy and the pillows are good. The shower is amazing and defo a highlight to the room The rest of the hotel is clean and fresh there is just a few things that might need to be replaced. One of the sofa seats in the lobby was broken in the middle, the sun beds are not very comfortable and broken in areas. The gym isn’t too great it needs air con and is swarming with mosquitoes because the door is left open it’s basically a sweat box. A lot of the pool area needs a refresh as it’s looking tired. The downstairs toilets and showers need to be cleaned properly to the standard of the rest of the hotel. As it’s a 4 star these small things make all the difference We also hated the music around the pool and many of the other guest felt the same. It felt like the young bar staff used their own personal music but it wasn’t fitting for Ibiza or adults of our generation which I found the majority of guests were definitely over 30 We loved the location and the access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The buses around the area were great to get to calla Comte all the way into San An and then from the bus station you can grab a bus to Ibiza town and they run late also.
