    600 euros stolen

    rating30 Aug 2025

Hello, I'm editing my review so people are aware of the facts. At just after 2pm we left hotel to get food, prior to this we had counted money and took some out, we returned as seen on cctv at 17.20. During this time the cleaner had entered room. Not cleaned, changed towels, and this is how we knew staff had been in room. At approx 9 we were getting ready to go out and noticed there was no money in our room. So we alerted reception about 10 after we had searched room ourselves. Two hotel staff came up and also searched room. No money anywhere. The only other person in the room had been the cleaning staff. And now our 600 euros are missing/stolen. The hotel staff were unhelpful told us come back next morning, to then told come back in a few hours. Management were rude and cheeky and no help what soever either. I have been to ibiza many times and not once had this issue before.

    Exceptional for the price

    rating02 Aug 2025

My husband and I stayed here for one night only to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was my first trip to Ibiza and staying here definitely enhanced the experienceFriendly reception, bar and restaurant staffand spotlessly clean throughout, with plenty of space in the room and all the basic amenities. For the price I don't think you could find anywhere with such a central location. We will return for 4 days in September to celebrate my husband's 60 th now we've got the bug as everything you need is only minutes away by foot or if you need taxis or buses. We also had full access to the swimming pool just around the corner, so all in all perfect.Perfect! 10 out of 10😍

    Girls trip AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Stay clear of this hotel if you want to have fun on your holiday! The hotel is clean and rooms are relatively okay for a budget Ibiza hotel but security need to take a chill pill with the rest of us. The bedding is a grandma style red and yellow striped bedsheet but that’s fine because you won’t even be able to bring anyone back before the terminator boots your door in and kicks them out. You’re banned from playing music even at 0.01 decibels as the bouncer has subhuman hearing abilities and will knock on your door morning, noon and night accusing you of making too much noise or having a family of 4 hiding under your bed. As soon as you hear that knock it’s game over (unless you’re like the boys in the room under us who hid on the balcony until the terminator kicked the door so hard that it smashed off the hinges and caused concrete to fly off the wall and into the hallway before being dragged out and forced to stay in another hotel). The woman with her hair down at the front desk is also miserable 24/7, I think she needs more free coffee from the buffet. If you’re over the age of 60 or have children you would love this hotel because it’s the most boring hotel in Ibiza (maybe even the world) but if you’re off for a wicked time book somewhere else!
