7 Night stay early in the season.

    rating12 Apr 2026

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Tres Torres through TUI at a good price. We arrived late and reception (Laura)was quick and effective to get us in and settled. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of hot food, breads, cheese and yoghurts etc. Only thing to comment is the hot food isn't under any hot lamps resulting in some items being cold and would be a good touch if omelettes and pancake etc were offered. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Housemaids came in almost everyday and restocked toilet rolls and made up beds etc. If your a light sleeper, I suggest to bring ear plugs. Could hear next doors conversations and walking around but this didn't bother us too much. Also, some outside noise from basketball pitch and walk way next to hotel but no fault of the hotel.Pool was so relaxing, with being very early in April we didn't struggle to get a lounger round the pool and always towels out to use. Pool was cold but expected for this time of year but was lovely to catch some rays on the lounger. Pool bar staff always effective. Always walking around and bringing drinks to our loungers. We did not eat in the restaurant on an evening so can't comment but people we spoke with said it was lovely but on the pricey side. With our return flight being later, we kept our room on till 6pm for 50 euro which made such a difference for a more relaxing travel home. This is my third time in St Eulalia and this hotel is up there with one of the best I've stayed in.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would return again 100%.

    Short Ibizan Gateway

I’ve just completed my 3 days stay at this hotel and had a really enjoyable time. Its prime location, right next to the marina and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops of Santa Eularia is a major asset and the whole establishment is well maintained. The room decor, although a bit bland and boring, was functional and practical - electric kettle, small coffee maker, bathrobes, hair dryer are provided. I would definitely prefer to have a proper duvet instead of a simple bed sheet, especially on colder spring nights, but blankets are provided. The buffet breakfast was generous and had some healthy options to choose from, so this was another major bonus. The area around the pool is clean and there are plenty of sun loungers but it would benefit even more from some nice plants, as it looks a bit too concrete-ish but that’s just my individual thought. The most important factor is, the hotel is neat and tidy and the staff are all friendly. Special thanks to absolutely fantastic Laura, who works at the reception - she’s great! Easygoing, customer oriented and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and being on their side. Thank you for offering me a late check out - it really helped me to plan my departure from Ibiza accordingly.

Fab location. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with super clean rooms. Beautiful views and great breakfast. Dani was on hand in the middle of the night to help us out efficiently and calmly when we needed it. Thank you! He, in particular was a star! The staff all worked tirelessly and calmly to make everyone’s holiday special.

    Our favourite place

Our 4th visit to this hotel. It is just perfect for us. As said previously, bathrooms still need an update and the shampoo bottles and dressing gowns provided are pass their best now and starting to let the qualityof the hotel down. Nice to see some of the same staff as previously. We were well looked after as always. Beautiful room with amazing view. Thank you Laura on reception for all you and your colleagues do. See you next year.

    Lovely Weeks Holiday.

    rating19 Sept 2025

Stayed for 7 nights as 2 couples, we booked half board but were a little concerned about some of the reviews on here regarding the food! We needn’t have worried the food both at breakfast and evening meal was of the highest quality and we all really enjoyed it. I agree with some reviews that the drinks are expensive compared to bars around which is a shame as it would be nice to see the bar busier both in the day and evenings. The staff in all areas were really friendly and efficient and made our holiday even more pleasurable so thank you all. There is a nice little cafe bar called Casa Anilbal just as you leave the reception who does great baguettes and reasonably priced drinks and the owners are really friendly. The rooms were both comfortable and kept clean by a lovely lady on the third floor where we stayed. We would certainly return.
