Location

This hotel is located in a tranquil area on a hillside of Santa Eularia. Close to the town, guests will find a number of beaches with white sand and crystal clear water. The centre, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is just 800 m from the hotel. Convenient public transport links are to be found just 200 m from the hotel, with a regular service running the 16 km to Ibiza Town. Guests should not miss the opportunity to visit Sant Carles de Peralta and Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2021. Guests have a choice of 152 suites, 52 apartments and 21 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests in search of the perfect souvenir are sure to find it in the gift shop. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Vehicles can be parked in the garage (for a fee), subject to availability. Other services include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service and a hotel doctor. Bicycle storage for no extra charge is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. The conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge) and adjustable central heating. A welcome gift awaits guests. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Many units feature a sea view, which creates a particularly lovely ambience. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has 225 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools (no extra charge) and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce, archery, Nordic walking and jogging or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, paddle tennis, paragliding and fishing. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards, squash and pilates. After a long day, guests can recharge in the wellness area, which offers a sauna or, for a fee, massage treatments and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer massage treatments and reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a breakfast room. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. Non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands are included in the price.

    Just as good as before if not better

    Just returned from our second visit to the Tropic Garden. This hotel really offers everything for families in a great location in Santa Eulalia. The rooms are ideal for families and the staff are excellent. The kids activities/entertainment programme is just the right balance and parents can stay with their children if they don’t feel comfortable being left. They were wonderful with the children but a special mention to Jesus who went out of his way to make my son feel special, telling him he remembered him from last year which made his holiday! Thank you Tropic Garden, we hope toreturn again for our third visit.

    Lovely little holiday

    Just had a weeks B&B family suite at the Tropic Garden. Too many great restaurants close by in the beautiful resort and the all inclusive holiday is not for us. We did return early a couple of nights so our daughter could watch the entertainment. We cannot fault the hotel, the room was fine, great view. The breakfast was great, everything you could want. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only suggestion we would make is put some cutlery/ plates in rooms as we were B&B we liked to return to our room for a bit of lunch. There’s a huge supermarket with fresh produce a couple of minutes walk away. Sunbeds available at all times, nice mix of nationalities.if you do venture out there’s a great bar/ restaurant on the marina call Can Tango, locally owned. Food and wine amazing and not expensive.

    Good base, but not for resort lovers

    This hotel is a good ‘no frills’ base. Stayed here on a bed and breakfast option as there’s so many wonderful restaurants in the area we didn’t want to be confined to the hotel for every meal. Breakfast had good choice with plenty of healthy… and not so healthy options. Get there early! we arrived around 8.15 most days and everything was fully stocked and not many people there. One morning we arrived at 9am and it was mayhem. Swimming pool is an ok size, but freezing! At end of May I expected it to be warmer. We only did 1 morning by the pool because of this and opted for the nearby beaches. Carla pada (close but far to walk, get the bus or taxi) and the main beach in Santa Eulària is about a 15min walk. Hotel and room were clean and rooms cleaned daily. Bathroom clean but dated and terrible lighting. Beds are very comfortable although we had to request more pillows as they only provide one very skinny pillow per person. We had a junior suit which was fine for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12 for a week. The main bedroom was quite spacious however lacking anywhere to put anything, could really do with a bench and some hooks. Theres a built in wardrobe that has to take everyone’s stuff as there’s only a set of small shelves in the lounge. And 2 very small bedside tables which are far too low for the bed. The bed in the Lounge is a large pull out I’d say at least a king size if not bigger however this makes it very tight to move around. We found the hotel quite noisy, you can definitely hear your neighbours. Our room was top floor and above the dining area. every morning we were woken up very early to sound of clattering plates, talking and chairs being dragged around. I didn’t like that you can smoke on the balcony. Both rooms either side of us had smokers which was very off putting as a family of non smokers. I don’t know of that’s typical for SpainMy overall opinion is, If you just want a base and you’re going to be travelling around doing day trips and exploring the town then this is fine provided you got it for a good price (for ref we paid around 4k inc flights from the uk in may half term) I would not pay more than that to stay here. If you’re wanting a resort style hotel this isn’t the hotel for you

    I love this hotel. It has everything and also in a fantastic location. I can especially recommend the masseur Maria. She was excellent. Very attentive and professional. I felt relaxed in the lovely atmosphere she created. I will definitely be back!!

    Fabulous hotel, clean and very friendly staff, pool lovely, food,excellent selection and plenty of it, quick to restock all food and staff could not do enough for you. The hotel has a gym which both my husband and I used frequently. Towels were changed daily and bedding every 3 days, would highly recommend.
