  Booked a bottomless brunch for 6 only 3 choices of drinks beer wine or prosecco which isn’t prosecco its cheap cava which was disgusting !!! Most brunches offer cocktails or spirits now the food cant fault it we all enjoyed it, it was the drinks that really let it down if we’d know we would have booked for just a meal. The girl that served us was an absolute dream couldn’t do enough for us! Now the price paid a deposit of €20 each its priced at €85 our bill came with a hefty service charge which we asked to be removed so we could give it to the girl that served us. Would i book this again or recommend it definitely not total waste of money.

  Booked for the sunset bottomless brunch 8pm till 10pm a party of 4 with a cost of €85 each. Had an email to,pre order food a week before. Well what can I say the instagram versus reality very different.Drinks syrupy and very little alcohol had a jug of mojito and sex on the beach went for the Prosecco in the end we got our starter at 8.25 pm and our main at 9.50 pm I have to say the food was lovely we had burgers which was lovely but the vodka pasta was hard and tasteless . We had to keep asking for drink top ups. Other brunches I have been to come round just before it ends to ask if you wanted a top up they didn’t here. Only reason we knew it had ended as she came round and said if you want anymore drinks you will have to have a tab. .There was a dj plying some tunes but wasn’t the party atmosphere we were expecting when it came to the sunset we couldn’t see it from our table had to leave restaurant to go and see it.It looks like the venue wasn’t just for the bottomless brunch guests as there were people sat at the bar area and also at some of the tables. Not enough staff working to make sure it run smoothly. The waitress did say that the kitchen was backed up hence the long wait don’t really understand this as they ask for preorders. Now when it came to the bill we paid a €40 deposit each so that left €45 each still to pay . The rest of the bill came at the end of the bottomless brunch at 10pm. They had added a service charge to the bill. We asked for this to be removed as we didn’t enjoy the experience at all not what is advertised on instagram. The waitress said she didn’t think she could remove this, hence she went to speak to the manager who removed it her attitude towards us at this point had completely changed towards us. About 10 mins later the manager came over to se us what we weren’t happy with , he had really bad attitude towards us very patronising and standoffish . We gave him feedback and his words were that’s your opinion and what do you want me to do about it. He didn’t apologise. In summary overpriced and underwhelming and wouldn’t come back again.

  We were served today during our bottomless brunch by Jade, Daniel and Niamh and had a lovely time, attentive service and great vibes. Food and drink on point, would highly reccomend.

  Wow wow wow…. What an amazing experience me and a friend have just had! We booked for 3 nights and instantly felt so comfortable as soon as we stepped through the doors. We had completely forgot to pack an adapter for our chargers and the workers were so kind enough to let us use one the entirety of the time we stayed! It was a massive help. The rooms are perfect sizes and so clean! Even on checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe space until we left! The customer service was amazing by all the staff but the scouse man (sorry didn’t get his name haha) just brought all the vibes even on the rain days! We couldn’t recommend this place enough it’s so aesthetic so close to everything and just overall a great experience. Would definitely return. Thank you all at Wi Ki Woo 🩷🍒🪩

  Terrible drinks

  This place used to be buzzing and served lovely drinks. This visit we ordered cava sangria, it was full of sugary syrup. It was not fit for consumption, so I took it back to the barman & I was told it had mango and passion fruit syrup in it....yuk!The drinks were kindly replaced with Hugo spritz which were better but again full of the same sugary syrup. The drinks are awful, the place needs a decent bar tender and maybe go easy of the sugary syrup and prepare proper cocktails. We had to go home to make our own which were a welcome improvement. Such a shame the place has gone down the nick !
