Location

This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa Blanca, directly beside the sea and the promenade. The harbour is 1.5 km from the hotel and the town centre offering an array of shops and other entertainment venues lie some 2 km away and can easily be reached on foot. Puerto del Carmen is approximately 30 km away, the island capital of Arrecife 35 km and the airport 40 km from the hotel. All of these locations can easily be accessed by making use of the local public transport.

Facility

8 suites, 212 single rooms and 85 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A range of wellness facilities, such as a steam bath, a beauty salon and a solarium, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a sauna and massage treatments. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.     Great Fantastic Standard as Normal. Our 7th visit to here. Requested the same room and yet again they fulfilled our request. I must say that this hotel is made by the staff they employ. From room teams, catering staff, and bar staff. Special mention s go to Alba, Nerea, Angel, Jose Antonio, Rocio. Noemi. To name but a few but all work with a smile. Food in all the restaurants is at a good standard and great themed nights give you a great choice. We return in June 2026 for another 10 days. Can’t wait.

    We have been visiting the Palace since 2014, and indeed have been visiting twice a year since 2022.This is the only overseas hotel that we ever return to regularly, because we are made to feel so at home by the superb staff there.We have never had hospitality to this degree anywhere else.Every single member of staff that we met greeted us with a cheery "hola".Special thanks must go to Montse for her help with room allocation, Pepe and Sandra in the restaurant for their great service, and Matea and Filipe for the aquagym.Indeed, those who know Pepe will not be surprised when we saw him almost running around the restaurant to serve his guests, he is a legend!We actually like the buffet selection in the restaurant as we can mix and match.Our room (272) was superbly presented and kept really clean throughout our stay so thanks to the maids.Very pleased with the drinks waiter service on the evening, you never waited long to be served, especially when Angel was on duty.I can no longer get on/off of a sunbed, so was pleased to find a chair to sit on. We spent most days on the terrace below the top pool.As ever, the holiday was over too soon, but we are returning for two weeks in September.See you then.John & Marion

    We enjoyed our stay there, a staff very friendly + helpful. Food was hot and varied , waiters were very good . Rooms were spacious and clean , beds comfortable . Always sunbeds available but pool rather cold . Good value and quiet around hotel . Easy walk into Playa Blanca . Some towels rather worn .

    I have never felt so relaxed. Staff amazing, they smile, they have a sense of humour. They want to make it the best experience for you. Food plentiful delicious. Entertainment team brilliant. Yoga Aqua Aerobics. Lots of mini workshops to learn and try. Archery Mini golf Rifle shooting. ADULTS ONLY RESORT. You could hear a pin drop. Place SPOTLESS. Room lovely and bed humongous. Cleaned daily smelt lovely. Shout out to all the cleaners barstaff reception.Restaurant staff are so accommodating and NICE!! Other holiday majers walking past stopping to look in in envy as place is also spotless in the grounds. It's called a palace for a reason. Ohh weather was terrible fir fist 5 days but they can't control that. Still didn't make the holiday bad as place made up for it. It's called a Palace for a reason.
