  Fab Resort suitable for all ages

  From check in to check out we had an amazing stay. The resort has everything you could need from an on site supermarket, souvenirs shop, wellness spa, gym, 2 bars and buffet breakfast/dinner and kids club. They provide room only to fully inclusive options. The place is spotless (you might see little fruit fly bugs from time to time but just give them a wipe - unavoidable when windows are open). Staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They have an app with guest information that you can download ahead of time and they have a daily activity schedule should you not wish to not leave the resort. They also do a shuttle bus 3x down to near SOCO Shopping Centre and 3x back. Main bus routes to Strip, Airport, Arrecife, Playa Blanca are less than 200m walk from hotel. Taxi from airport approx €20, Strip less than €5, Puerto Calero €10 and collection point for most excursions is at hotel next door (also available to book on the app or at reception).RoomOur room was a junior suite in the ground floor and had a very spacious bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower, living room with pull out sofa bed and mini fridge, kettle & coffee machine. Both rooms had TVs (didnt use). Staff were very helpful is fixing our AC, providing extra pillows and fresh towels.Pool towels are available to rent for €10 deposit. FoodBreakfast is €14. Dinner is €16. Both buffet style. Plenty of options with something for everyone.Would not hesitate in staying here again or recommending the resort to people looking for accommodation in Puerto del Carmen.

  Nice hotel with both a quiet pool and a more lively pool, which is a great option. However, the cleaning and the pillows were major issues. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, and when it was, it often didn’t look like it had been done properly. I reported this, and although the room was cleaned afterward, I was then given dirty towels. The pillows were also very poor, with noticeable indentations from previous use, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, the service was disappointing.

  We stayed in the THB Flora for 6 nights. I booked this going on reviews and photos online, but it was somewhat disappointing. From looking at the bedroom photos they all had microwaves, it mentioned kitchen facilities so we assumed we would be able to cook some food while there but all we had was an small electric kettle which took so long to boil and a coffee maker [which we didnt use] . We like to cook /prep our own food not ones to eat out really but that wasn't an option here. Yes we booked a standard room but still photos etc not what website say. We could make a sandwich but not even a decent plate to put it on just a saucer, ridiculous. No bowels, no big spoons, no forks and one knife !!!!!!!. The breakfast was fine though we like a hot breakfast but each morning HOT food was only barely warm. Yes we could use the microwave but that's not healthy. It states Sauna on the website so I enquired downstairs, I was told it is open from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 5 or 6pm. During the week my husband went to use it at 4.10 and it was all closed up so really this is so disappointing and false advertising. This is meant to be part of apartment facilities. The gym looks nice on website, but equipment bit different. I used gym 2 or 3 times, it is so out of date so ancient my god owners could do with spending money on it. The machine that does multiple exercises is BROKEN, the treadmill just took off when I stood on it so that was a no go, only one weight of 2 [i think KG] I could use as other one missing, the floor very dirty and there was a bad smell in there so it seems no one uses it much. The bedrooms were very warm at night and no air conditioning, we found the beds so uncomfortable. So disappointing to find they are only folding camp beds we had NOT actual beds. But the rooms so stuffy at night. Website says NO PETS allowed but one of the biggest issues is the amount of cats around the place. We couldn't leave door open as they tried to come in, there was loads of them. It should really be in the interest of owners to remove them, they are so unhealthy looking, too skinny, starving and having kittens far too often from what we heard. This needs to be addressed by management asap, animal welfare needs to do something. They were fighting at night, screeching it was hard to sleep with the noise. It was a long walk to the strip where the beach was the website should state for avid walkers that it is an uphill walk back to apartment. There was shuttle buses but we like to walk. The staff were very nice as were the cleaning staff. Overall much disappointed as we felt the website does not justify description with the photos and didn't mention the amount of cats in the place either. So it is not a place we would stay in again unfortunately.

  Enjoyed our week long family holiday

  Enjoyed a week's stay at the THB Flora over Easter 2026. We had two apartments on the block on the opposite side of the road from the main reception. I felt this was a better place to stay - it was quieter, the pooler was bigger and deeper and could use the tunnel to get to the restaurants, bar and shops. The rooms had everything we required - well equipped and spacious. They were very clean as were other areas of the hotel. Only had one evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant which was very good quality and good value too. The children's pool is quite noisy and busy and therefore the pool bar next to it was the same - but fine for a quick drink. Had a quick drink in the late night bar - but was quiet and not that inviting. Hotel staff were very good and responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. For us the location was very good - away from the busiest parts - its a 20 min walk to the main strip and 10 mins to the harbour (all at the bottom of the hill) and a main bus stop about 200m away to get to most places in Lanzarote. The nicer restaurants are by the harbour and livelier places on the strip by the beach.   Lovely Hotel in Lanzarote

  We really loved it here and will be returning. Nice modern rooms with a sea view, lovely pool area with a bar. And evening entertainment if you want it! This is a short walk down to the old town to all the restaurants & bars.
