    Delightful town and perfect hotel for the stay.

    Terrific stay and excellent service from Alba and others. Good size rooms and very clean. Coffee in breakfast area and snacks available all day. Comp breakfast was perfect. Across street from El Corte Ingles and walk to all areas in Leon. Convenient garage onsite. I would go back!

    Pros.- similar room within AC brand hotel chain, simple, harmonious and clean- ideal location as starting point to explore Leon old city with only 15 minutes walking distance - high quality breakfast with Nespresso like always Cons.- maybe the small gym could be refurbished somehow a bit outdated

    Great hotel, I would return. Very clean and quiet rooms. Large car parking spces underground. Very friendly guy on reception with good local information. Close to everything. We didn't see everything we wanted to so will return to see more of Leon.

    The bed linen wasn’t changed over the four nights of our stay. Surprisingly, there was only one electrical socket in the room. We had four devices to charge. There were no USB ports.It was quite annoying to have to log in again to the WiFi when we returned to the room. Sometimes every device, sometimes only some of them.Soundproofing between rooms is not perfect, if you have noisy neighbours. The doors close on a spring so guests shake the walls when they let their door bang shut.The AC is poor. It is centrally controlled. The first two nights, the fan setting was enough for a comfortable sleep. Not so the third night. Reception was dismissive when I asked if the room could be cooled.I had asked for a room at the back and away from the lifts, but my request was ignored.I rate the hotel as poor because of the hot room, reception's attitude, the lack of electrical sockets and no attempt to meet my request for a room at the back.We will look for somewhere else next time.

    We loved our stay! The location is perfect. You have a Corte Ingles across the street which is great for shopping. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel had a lot of choices and was well supervised to make sure everything was restocked.The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.Distance to the center is okay to walk there and back. They had an underground parking which is very spacious and easy to get in/out.We will definitely return.
