    I booked a room by phone for 2 people, told the girl we were going to be very late, from 1 to 1:30 in the morning, told me q without problem, q would leave me a phone number at the door to call and the girl would come to open us. What was my surprise when neither number nor doorbell arrived, nor did anyone answer... We had to look for life to find a hotel at that time to stay.     Too bad the quality and quantity has dropped in the menu of 19€. Regarding celiac disease something totally unknown to them. I wish you the 3 days I have been through eating and the long-term consequences with gluten even though you were warned and assured me. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     Good location for a visit to León when travelling by car or willing to use public transport.

    The room was new, clean and comfortable and it had a good balcony. Breakfast was reasonably good and the restaurant was very good quality for the price. We travelled during a bank holiday in Decembre and it was easy to park in front of the hotel.

    Hotel was adequate. Rooms were clean, bed was good. But, breakfast was very poor. Parking is accessible and the hotel is somewhat near the city but, really in a random neighborhood. A bit of a weird location and it is directly connected with a small bar which is convenient. All in all just an average stay.
