The charming business hotel is situated in the exclusive neighbourhood of La Rosaleda, next to the highest building in Castilla y León, and only 10 minutes from the city centre.     Hotel in excellent condition, very well maintained and with good sound insulation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety and is good quality, and the food is not bad at all.     Hotel quite new spacious room touched me room with bathtub but you could comfortably shower in polite reception, the hotel has cafeteria which has terrace to drink quietly and the waitress polite and friendly.     Highly recommended hotel. I was there for 10 days and i had extremely good experience. Guys on the front desk are professional and friendly as well. Eva!Breakfast, internet, room, all was good.I will go there again! Thanks!

    The hotel so far is clearly underrated! I stayed in this fairly new hotel near Ponferrada center and was pleasently suprised.The entrance and architecture (especially inside) is impressive and the receptionist and all other staff very welcoming and professional. Free parking is available all around the hotel. Shopping center closeby.The rooms are excellent: big king size beds, comfy blankets, big flat screen TV, free water and wifi and what is often missing: enough electricity plugs :) Plus an awesome washroom with monsoon shower and all brand new facilities.Somebody wrote the hotel seems cold: I completely disagree - its modern and stylish kept in white and light blue colors. I really liked the whole design a lot.I can recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are out for business.
