  I booked this location without much research or thought due to a mistake of someone else. As such, I had no expectations about the hotel.First, if your intention is to be close to Madrid, this is NOT the location for you. It’s far and when traffic hits, it’s a very long drive.Being an Ibis, things are basic and the room was absolutely so. As always with an ibis, the bed is comfortable and the shower stall small and yhis hotel was no exception. All cleaning was done daily and my towels changed so no complaint on that score.The breakfast was basic but filling. If you’re a non pork or beef eater like me, your choice becomes extremely limited. You have to pay for your water and €2 for a half a litre of water seems excessive but when you need water, it’s Hobson’s Choice. The Wi-Fi was fast and the connection stable so this was a much needed feature especially since there’s ABSOLUTELY NO English programming on the TV. Even if you want to catch up on the news, you’re totally out of luck! Given that I need to transit via the UAE on my return journey, not having CNN or BBC on TV and in English is a serious problem.In conclusion, if you’re Spanish or can speak/understand Spanish, this hotel is fine but if you can’t speak the language, I’d recommend you avoid this hotel

  Don't go if you don't smoke.

  If you don't smoke, look for another option. The hotel smells like a cigar room. We stayed there for 4 days and on a lot of occasions we'd walk around the corridors and notice a person had just smoked there. The room ALWAYS smelled like there was someone smoking there, even when there was no such smell in the hallway, there was in the room. Me and my wife tried to find out why, if it was the central heating, smoke entering through doors, we don't know... we would not return, at all.

  Worst hotel in Spain.

  Worst hotel in Spain. Small rooms that smell awful. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel is in a dreadful area (industrialestate). People smoke in the rooms and the staff are too scared to do anything about it. I would rather have slept in the car.

  They tried to kick me out my room 1 day before, I paid before.I go to complain they call me a liar and laught at my face.I stayed in more than 20 different ibis. This is worst. Ibis budget is better Cédric Pagès, General Manager at Ibis Madrid Fuenlabrada, responded to this review Dear customer,I am sorry for the misunderstanding, but we did not want to throw you out. I still don't understand how you could have thought this?We simply wanted to come in and clean the room and for this you are not allowed to be in the room.Once again we are sorry for the misunderstanding that we thought had been resolved.Best regards.

  We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out.There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel.We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and booking.com also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.
