Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites in Bloomington , MN. very welcoming and feeling like home.

    rating07 Apr 2026

Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites feel like a "home away from home". She was friendly and engaging and helped us straighten out the reservation. She made sure we had all our requests for :bedding, ice, coffee and the coffee machine as well as giving us advice about the food in the restaurant . She helped my son pick out the delectable Cheese cake slices and what was the best combination to combine the different flavors. She helped make our stay a delight. Jason Lott, Owner at Embassy Suites By Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina, responded to this review Thank you for sharing such a wonderful experience—Amber will be thrilled to hear how she made your stay feel like a true home away from home. We’re so glad she could assist with every detail and make your visit, especially your son’s cheesecake selection, so memorable!

    Terrible experience

    rating14 Mar 2026

Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here! We had a horrible experience! The whole place was under construction, which we didn’t discover until we arrived. There was construction noise and debris everywhere and woke the children on a Sunday morning. We all ended up sneezing and coughing from all the dust. There was only one working elevator for part of our stay that cleaning staff with their carts and guests had to share. The front desk staff was incredibly rude as well. We were also double charged for parking after verifying that we only had one vehicle, but two rooms. When we tried to get ahold of the manager they never responded and just gave some extra points on our account, but didn’t refund our overcharges or anything. There are much better places to stay! Jason Lott, Owner at Embassy Suites By Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina, responded to this review We would love to speak with you directly about your experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your visit.

    Nice room, rude staff.

    rating01 Mar 2026

My family stayed here for a basketball tournament this past weekend. The hotel was under renovation but there was no prior notice. There was only one very small door in and out of the hotel which is an huge fire hazard. Our room was one of the newly remodeled ones and the updates were great. The staff was not terribly pleasant. At 9:00pm, the parents were gathered in the common area chatting amongst ourselves. A staff person came by 3 times in an hour to inform us all that quiet hours begin at 10, she even had the hotel policy on a piece of paper to show everyone. The next day when the team was walking in, the same staff member exclaimed “I guess I need to go tell all the drunks when quiet hours begin.” As far as I could tell, there was no excessive alcohol consumption or loud conversations. A gathering area should be a welcoming for guests to relax but if guests are an imposition, that’s a problem easily solved. We are unlikely to stay here again. Jason Lott, Owner at Embassy Suites By Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina, responded to this review We would love to speak with you directly to better understand your visit. We are glad you were able to experience elements of the renovation project and look forward to completing the rest of the hotel in the coming weeks. Thank you for taking the time to share your most recent experience. We appreciate your business.

    Go elsewhere

    rating27 Feb 2026

The room I was put in was one of the worst in my Hilton Experience. I am a Gold member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and this was probably my worst experience. The room did not have lamp shades, had a odd black substance on the ceiling that resembled mold, the tub was gross and had really bad caulk. The entire place was under construction. Just not going to stay there again and frank wish I picked another hotel. Jason Lott, Owner at Embassy Suites By Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina, responded to this review Please contact the hotel to help assist with your concerns we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and look forward to speaking with you.

Under construction- rooms are outdated-don't recommend

    rating15 Feb 2026

There was nothing goid about our stay. No notice that construction was going on. The entire atrium was under construction. Fitness room was closed. Loud work started right outside our door before 7:30 on a Sunday. Our room was old, needs revamping, very outdated and worn. Beds are uncomfortable, sofa bed is terrible. Made-to-order omelet was still on the breakfast sheet but not provided. Why advertise it as available when it isn't? I don't have anything good to say. Jason Lott, Owner at Embassy Suites By Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington Edina, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback we look forward to showcasing the hotel improvement with the lobby and common areas being completed this month and guest rooms being wrapped up in March.
