    Fab location and very nice hotel

    We loved the beautiful beach right on the hotel doorstep, we used the sunbeds at the hotel and walked down the steps to the beach for snorkelling and swimming in the crystal clear water.The beds were super comfortable and kept nice and clean. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, yoghurts and everything else you could possibly want. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The themed nights for dinner were nice, particularly the Spanish and Mexican nights. Loved our holiday there so much that we’re considering a return in September.

    What a fantastic hotel in a great quiet location. Staff were friendly and helpful, food and drinks were top notch with plenty of variety and always excellent quality. Pool and sun beds were spotlessly clean, and easy access to the beach with its beautiful turquoise waters.Balcony overlooked the bay with morning sun and breathtaking sunrises.I had a facial which was a great price and carried out professionally.     We had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were phenomenal, always so happy to help and very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean and well presented. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were clean and well kept, and very relaxing. The beach is literally right next to the hotel with beautiful views and crystal clear water. The food was fantastic, I am quite a picky eater but they had a lot for everyone, including a theme every (or most) nights. The food was always good and consistent and again the staff in the restaurants were so lovely and willing to help with anything. The servers work very hard to keep the restaurant clean and ready for the next people, and there is food on every day at the pool bar. The pool bar was great, it served pizza and fries most days which was welcome to me but also always had salad and fruits available. The pool area was perfect for us and when we went, it wasn’t too crowded, and the sunbeds were always comfortable and clean. There was a cocktail of the day every day which were always gorgeous, and a very delicious cocktail slush menu. There were two shops within walking distance that sold souvenirs and snacks, and again the staff there were lovely. There was daily glass bottom boat trips from a very small port about a 5 minute walk away for €29pp for 2.5 hours (and a longer version which we didn’t take but would have been pretty similar), and the tour was great and you saw some gorgeous views of Mallorca. We also spent a few hours going to the nearby town of Artá on the day of their market, which was lovely and a taxi only cost us €20. The hotel had absolutely everything you need and we had a fantastic time. I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience! Would love to give special thanks to the bar staff Serafin, Jesus, Samuel and Dani for going above and beyond and being so kind and welcoming.
