Location

This apartment hotel is located in the quiet district of Palma Nova, only a few paces from the city centre. Just a couple of streets away lies the small yacht harbour. The beach of San Matias is a mere 100 metres away.

The apartment complex has 77 apartments, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.
