    My husband and I enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at SJDH. It couldn't have been better. Everyone on the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We particularly got to know and liked Maria and Marc at the front desk. One night Marc got us into an impossible to book restaurant. We will definitely be back.     Outstanding hotel in the heart of Palma. The service was genuinely exceptional: warm, proactive, and effortlessly efficient. From restaurant bookings to a late checkout and even a surprise birthday cake, every request was handled seamlessly.     A little Palma gem ……

    We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Sant Jaume and cannot recommend it highly enough. It is in a fabulous location, close to the very heart of Palma but at the top of a very quiet and calm lane. Check in was seamless and we were offered a very welcome drink while our documents were being processed. We really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and bars the reception staff provided. And although we didn’t manage to visit them all, the ones we did were excellent. We were made fully aware of the spa suite but didn’t manage to make use of it on this visit. However we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was surprisingly larger compared to many city centre hotels.The interior of the hotel is very tasteful, with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. The calm, simple design continued in our room. Two large wardrobes, plenty of hangers, great coffee machine, fab shower and a nightly turn-down service that replaced any towels that had been used during the day without the need to ask for fresh ones (pet annoyance of mine). What really makes this lovely hotel stand out from the crowd is the service. Every single member of staff offered amazing service from the front desk, to the restaurant staff to housekeeping. All went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and wonderfully polite - we shall definitely return and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Palma.     Had a great few days in this hotel. All the staff are really friendly and helpful.Room was perfect and I had the best night sleep that I have had in a hotel for a long time.The wife's pillow wasn't hard a tad soft but a firmer pillow was soon brought to the room for her perfect sleep.Perfectly placed for strolling around town and the vast amount of restaurants in the area.
