Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.     Just gets better !

    Back for our anniversary again in this brilliant hotel! I'd like to give a massive shout-out to all the hotel staff. They're so hard-working and it's their duty to make sure you have an outstanding stay. I will say that they've really got this hotel to an amazing standard, both in food and comfortable rooms. The main reason for this is because the staff are truly amazing and it's been the same staff for the three years we've been staying. "If it's not broken, don't fix it!" I'd like to see these staff here for the next 20 years; they are brilliant and funny too. Big shout-out to Muhammad and Kristophe, and the reception staff are brilliant too. See you next year!     Disappointing......,Not what I expected

    First thing to get out of the way is I really like this hotel however the reason for the three stars is just because of the groups of rowdy guests that seem to take over the hotel particularly the pool and the bar area.During my recent visit I have had to endure loud foul mouthed groups almost like football hooligans being quite abusive and patronising to staff who have actually dealt with it with incredible professionalism and good faith.The other guests who are still the vast majority are having to deal with this when all they want is a pleasant relaxing holiday not being in the midst of a club 18 -30 holiday.Many people including myself are forced go out to a bar to get some peace and quiet.I know it's difficult for hotels to stop this happening particularly when they offer Al however I really feel that I have to speak up about this as this was a special holiday for my wife as she has just retired and was looking for as holiday to gently wind down not to listen all day and the the evening to raucous loud groups shouting all the time.It has actually upset her which is a real pity and not what I was expecting from this holiday.

    Incredible week in the sun

    Me and my 2 children have just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel.I read the reviews which gave me the confidence to book as it was our first holiday after going through a divorce.The whole experience was excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was yummy and everyone found something to eat daily, even the picky one. Staff were helpful, happy and always had a smile. Special thanks to Gabriel and his team who got my son out of his shell, and involved in activities. The entertainment team are truly fab and work incredibly hard everyday.It isn't the most exciting hotel as in no water slides or fireworks but it's everything we needed as a family. Location is central and beach nearby is lush and clean. We would definitely return to this hotel and thank everyone for such a good week x.     Great hotel for disabled/wheelchair users.

    This has got to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. As a disabled traveller, my adapted room is one of the best, so accessible. The bathroom was just perfect, (I did have to use the balcony chair in the shower though,but no problem). Beds so comfortable. Location close to everything you could want, including the beach. Staff so helpful, any problem we had was sorted in minutes (not hours), from reception staff to catering, to entertainment and to maintenance all great. So.if you need a wheelchair I would recommend. My only issue was the sun beds were so close there was no space for my chair by the pool (there is also a pool hoist), so we used the garden area, which was also lovely. Food was okay, something different at lunchtime to the evening meal, a couple of times it was a little tepid, but still fine. I can't say the pavements around the hotel were the best, but we still managed. Alot of people we spoke to had booked to return next year already, some were even retuning customers.
